These work well for holding someone down, I cannot escape but have definitely tried. If you plan on staying stationary while restrained then there should be no problem, but struggling has pulled one of the cuffs apart for me. Them coming apart also has to do with undoing the velcro over and over again. This did not affect the use of the product, just made it a little harder to undo one of the restraints. I have had this product for under a month, so I don't know how long it will last.

One thing I like about these restraints is that you can adjust the length of the straps, essentially allowing you to control how far spread someones legs are, or how much freedom they can have. The velcro cuffs can be difficult to secure around wrists and ankles properly, but once they are secured they work very well.

I've had quite a few people tied down to the bed with these, including myself, and every time has been lots of fun. I would buy these if you're looking for affordable bed restraints. Avoid these if you are a stickler for quality, as certain parts might not last very long.

Sometimes I'll have my arms restrained with the ankle restraints at the end of the bed while I kneel on the ground. There are many different positions to try if you are creative with how you use these. Restrain just one limb, or restrain all of them, there are many options!
