When my husband and I were just dating, he purchased an under the bed restraint system. We had no complaints for a long time. It was easy and it let us be discreet when in roommate situations. However, for our first anniversary we purchased a Sleep Number bed, and the under the bed restraint system no longer worked with the mattress.

We did some shopping around and decided on the Bondage Bed Sheet Set. So far, it has met or exceeded our expectations. It's very easy to install (instructions are included with the set) and has provided hours of fun.

This set comes with 4 velcro straps. They strap around your wrists and ankles (or anything else you can think of, limited by your creativity and the size of the strap) and then adhere to any part of the sheet. This makes this set very versatile and even allows you to use it around wedges or even pillows if that's what you have around.

You can pull and pull on the restraints, but the mattress will probably give out before the restraints do. However, if you're feeling stuck or claustrophobic, just grope with your fingernails on the edge of the velcro pad and it will come right up. Because of that, this system might not be desirable for more trust based BSDM scenes.

There are no special laundry needs with the sheet- we wash and dry like normal laundry and usually with normal laundry, but I wouldn't advise putting the velcro straps in the wash. They will get linty and pilly, and you will spend hours picking at them with a fork so they don't lose their velcro-ness.

You are able to put your regular sheets on right over the top of this sheet. The idea is that you can keep it ready to go while being discrete. However, we wash it after every use, so I don't know how much "ease" this idea really brings to the table.
