A good staple, but not the best quailty or style.
Again, these are okay if your just beginning to try bondage, but I would check the recommended links if you want more serious play.

Pros
Fairly priced, somewhat comfortable, good for beginners.
Cons
Not really sturdy, not for long-term play, poorly designed leather work.
I've been in the market for a good secondary set of cuffs for some time. I picked this particular pair because one of my collars has some red stitching. When they arrived, I was very pleased. The packaging was bright and interesting, the cuffs themselves are sturdy and have that nice real leather smell. These cuffs are comfortable to wear, but that's really about it for Pros.
These cuffs are okay for a beginner or someone who doesn't really fight the cuffs. The metal is tinny, and feels a little brittle in play. The leather is split on the red stripe and can twist and pinch. There is no locking mechanism, and the interior of the cuff is not lined, so it starts to feel icky after 15 minutes to a half hour. Again, if you just want a pair of cuffs to fool around in, these are nice, but not the best. Honestly, I would recommend the following cuffs for more experienced players. https://www.edenfantasys.com/LETHAL-LEATHER-CUFFS/adult-toys-dvds-15828

The Lethal Leather I have reviewed personally. I can wear them comfortably all day and have yet to break out of them. They're supple, strong and easily hidden under wide-leg pants.
I just was not impressed with this item. I've played with better for cheaper, but these seem to have a certain kind of visual appeal. I thought they were a little tacky myself, I wish they would have been a little more subtle in design, and had a locking mechanism. I've tried bending these cuffs back to let them break in, but this was also ineffective. The leather was a lower-grade than I was used to. They are large enough to be used as ankle cuffs, but again, there are better examples of cuffs to use.
Final Word? Don't be afraid to keep looking.

You mentioned that these can be used as ankle cuffs as well. What's the maximum circumference these have?
