The suede leather cat-o-nine whip is a great little whip for beginners that are testing the waters with BDSM/Bondage/etc. It's light weight, doesn't pack too much of a punch and is a great price to break the ice. In addition to this whip being good for beginners, it would make a decent addition to the play bags of more advanced users as a teaser whip.

The suede leather that this whip is made out of is super soft. It feels very good in your hand and against the skin. It's very light and the handle is a good length. When used only in light play situations, this whip should last a good amount of time. But with those that use it with more rough play, it doesn't feel like it would last very long.

As a person who deals with more heavy play, this whip was a good starter. It worked for it's intended purpose, but only gently. The way in which it's made doesn't lend itself to being a whip that produces good, solid whipping. But as a teaser, it's a solid toy. I have found it's a good toy to bring along to show newbies as it's not very intimidating.
