This toy would be great if you are at a dungeon play party or just trying to spice things up a little in the bedroom. Whether you've been using floggers for years or this is your very first one, experience isn't an issue with this flogger. A user with any level of experience will be able to use this flogger with no trouble at all.

As far as where on the body this toy could be used, don't hit someone in the face. Aside from that, butts, breasts, thighs, genitals, and backs are all okay to hit with this flogger.

Quite possibly my favorite thing about this flogger is the design of it. The chainmail that connects the handle to the falls makes it really easy to use. The chainmail makes for a flexible connector between the handle and falls. The handle is also very well done. It features a sturdy and cushioned handle.

The overall material, PU coated plastic, looks really nice and has a a soft, spongy feel to it. The chainmail connector is done in a Byzantine style. All of the links are well closed so that it isn't going to snag anything else in your toy bag or scratch the person you are using the flogger on.

The flogger measures 20 inches over all with a 6.5 inch handle, forty 11 inch falls, and a 2.5 inch chainmail connector. It also has a 2 inch hanging loop. Each fall measures .25 inches wide.

I can say that this flogger exceeded my expectations. I didn't think that a flogger this small was going to be as good as this. It handled really well during play sessions and the people I used it on really enjoyed the flogger. This flogger made for a great change of pace between some of my heavier and more thuddy floggers. I gave a great sting and kept my play partner on their toes for sure. This flogger worked great on the breasts and inner thighs. Its small design lets you get close to the person you are playing with allowing you to have better control and better accuracy.

Accuracy is important in a flogger. You don't want a flogger that has falls that fly everywhere except for where you want them to go. This could lead to hitting places you are not intending to hit and could cause injury. This is a very accurate flogger. The falls fly straight and true and even when I was flogging someone's breasts I didn't have any worry of a stray fall hitting the person in the face.

This flogger is made out of a poly-urethane coated plastic which means that this flogger is made from a porous material. With any porous material it can absorb and trap fluids. So for example, if you are flogging someones breasts/chest and a piercing starts to bleed you will now have their blood in your flogger. You can not fully sterilize a toy made from a porous material.

As I stated earlier in this review you can use this toy pretty much anywhere on the body to include the genitals, both male and female. That being said if you are flogging someones vagina and she gets all hot and wet and gets your flogger all wet, you won't be able to fully sterilize your flogger.

If you plan to use this flogger for casual play, meaning you plan to use it on more than just one person, it is just best to give the person in ether above scenario the flogger. Nobody wants to be hit with a flogger that someone has bled on or that has been around someone else's genitals.

If you are a couple and you are the only two that will be using this flogger then I recommend letting the flogger sit out and dry after a use if you got any sort of body fluid on it while you were playing. Once it's dry you can hang it back up.

The best way to store this flogger and any flogger for that matter is to always hang them up. Hanging up the flogger keeps the falls from becoming tangled and bent.

Make sure anyone you don't want to know that you just bought a flogger is out of the room before you open your package. The flogger came in a box with a picture of the flogger one the front and the words "Ultimate Bondage Exotic Whip" on the package. So if you don't want anyone to know, open your package in private.

I've used and been around plenty of different kinds of flogger in the two years that I have been active in the BDSM community. This flogger is quickly finding its way into my list of favorite floggers. You won't be able to swing too hard with this one due to its size but don't let its size fool you. This is a good little flogger. It offers a great stinging sensation and is becoming my go-to flogger for flogging breasts and inner thighs. This flogger really does the trick in those areas. Not to say you can't use this flogger on the back or butt or thighs, you most certainly can. This is just a really good flogger all around.

One thing to know that this flogger is going to give more of s sting sensation than a thud sensation. With floggers the thinner each individual fall is the more sting you are likely to get from the flogger. The wider each fall the more thud you are likely to get.
