Works fine but difficult to dry
I wouldn't recommend this, I'm looking to get a different model soon. I don't know if the weird lip inside the bulb is a common design aspect, but if so it seems really flawed to me. There's just no way to dry it out efficiently, even if it otherwise does its job as intended.

Cons
incredibly difficult to dry
This is the first tool I've purchased of this type. It was pretty easy to take apart, fill, and use. The plastic tube was nice and smooth, and went in without difficulty. You don't even really have to use lube if you're not too hasty. To my surprise, having warm water up your butt is not at all an unpleasant experience, in my opinion. I'm not surprised that people use this for fetish play, and as for functionality it definitely works as it's supposed to. It smells a little funny, it is rubber, but all things considered I wouldn't really consider that an issue.
Unfortunately, this product has an issue that strikes me as a major design flaw. There is a large lip inside the neck of the bulb portion that is there to hold the tube in place. It traps water and makes it impossible to dry out properly once you've cleaned it. After washing the bulb out, and cramming several paper towels in it to soak up as much excess water as possible, I still have to leave it out on a drying tray literally for days or I can hear water droplets tapping around inside of it. I feel like that can't be fully sanitary.
Besides that, I can't have it just lying around while I wait for it to dry. I do have friends come over and I'm afraid to do something like take a hair dryer to it, because I don't want to risk it melting. It's not silicone so I don't know what kind of heat it can take. I only use this now if I really have to, otherwise it's just too much trouble and the drying thing is too much of a concern. I can't really recommend it, I'm going to look into getting a silicone one myself.
