This toy is great to use if you're anyone who likes to feel pressure in the "back door" during any kind of other sex. In my experience, it will stay in place in either partner during heterosexual penetrative sex and is extra stimulating in a man during fellatio or manual stimulation.

This toy is made of steel so it's as smooth as silk, shiny, odorless, and has a hefty weight. The steel will hold temperature for a while so if you're not into the cold you might want to let it sit under some warm (not hot!) water for a bit before use. The weight is amazing and adds a certain something that's not present with anal toys made from other materials. It also moves about a bit more due to the weight (the mass shifting inside of you) which can be very nice. It is pretty much as firm as you can get so it won't bend at all or break off due to strenuous activity.

The design is pretty good. I've never been too much of a fan of straight plugs and this one delivers when it comes to a nice curve.

As far as the size goes, at the time I'm glad I went with the medium. Even now, I don't think the large would be as comfortable for me, but the small was too small. This size is probably good for people who are used to anal insertion or play. If you can get two average-sized fingers inside of you, you can probably lube this up and use it.

The curve of this toy means that if you've got a prostate and you're using it, it'll probably press up against the prostate more than a straight plug. If you're into that (as I am) you'll be thankful to have it. If you're a woman and you're wearing this while a man penetrates you, the curve will apply a very nice pressure to the front wall of the colon/back wall of the vagina, and press against the underside of his penis (if you're face to face). From experience as the man in said situation, I will state that for me the purchase was worth it. Of course, others may have different experiences but all of mine have been positive.

As I mentioned, the weight of this toy is great. It feels so different and, to me, so much better than silicone or even glass toys.

I can't really think of a down side about this toy other than the price (which isn't too bad considering the craftsmanship) or perhaps the thickness of the handle. The weight of this toy makes me want to wear it out for a kinky reminder. However, the handle is large enough that I'm not sure I'd be comfortable in street clothes even though it's very comfortable and satisfying to wear in the bedroom (so to speak).

As a steel toy, you don't want to scuff the surface. Washing in warm water with a mild detergent will clean it. If you feel like it, you can boil the toy or even clean it with bleach (though be sure to wash it very well after using bleach so that you don't get any bleach inside of you!). Don't use anything too rough such as steel wool or the rough side of sponges, and don't use any cleaners that are hardcore solvents. As far as storage, it comes in a nice box that works well for storage. Otherwise, you'd want to wrap it in a soft cloth (or place it in a soft bag) to prevent dings or scratches.
