Who Needs The Velvet Glove?
Firm fingers of steel pressed against your g- or p-spot, and a thumb to stimulate the skin left outside. The smooth weight that only steel can kneads your insides in ways a human hand can only dream of---or, pick Double Trouble up by its looped handle and combine all the firmness of steel with all the lovingness of flesh. If a moderate girth, double stimulation, and a firm hand are what you're looking for, Double Trouble will deliver.

Pros
Smooth, heavy steel in finger form for a weighty, g-spot kneading experience.
Cons
Asymmetry can confuse sphincter, "thumb" prevents PIV double penetration use.
When you're learning to knead bread, your goal is to develop the gluten with "an iron fist---in a velvet glove." Unyielding pressure applied with a gentle purr... naturally, after hearing that phrase for the first time, I took to kneading bread with great passion, and as I knead I often think about by inner walls being kneaded as firmly and as gently as the bread dough in my hands.
As soon as I saw the Metal Worx Double Trouble, from Pipedream, my bread kneading mantra came to mind. Except who needs velvet gloves when the steel fingers are this smooth?
USE
Double Trouble is made in the form of two stylized fingers and a thumb in classic "stroke the g-spot and keep pressure on the clit" pose, which is conveniently also appropriate for prostate and perineum pressure, or for PS-spot stroking combined with external anal pressure. Because firm pressure and combined pleasure are some of my favorite sensations, and because of the enormous sexual allure of the weight and mirror finish of steel, I knew as soon as I saw Double Trouble that this iron hand belonged inside me.
The only other finger-style g-spotting sculpture on the market, to my knowledge, is the Wet For Her Two, but it is completely flexible, and not well-suited for those who like firm, undissuadeable assurance against their skin.
CONSTRUCTION
Along with the rest of Pipedream's Metal Worx line, Double Trouble is packaged in a sturdy toolbox-inspired, foam-lined case, excellent for long term storage either of Double Trouble alone, or of several of your treasured steel beauties. While I took the foam out of the toolbox for my Metal Worx Nipple Clamps, because Double Trouble is insertable, and because Pipedream's steel is not the same file-able 316-grade stainless steel that Njoy uses, I will be keeping Double Trouble carefully in its foam. Because the steel is not surgical-grade, I will also take care to dry it after I've washed it (whether with soap and water, or with a bleach solution for sterilization) to prevent any discoloring of the blemishless finish that mine arrived with. Some of the earliest reviewers (of the Double Trouble and of the Curve) received steel from the Metal Worx line with discolorations or burrs---but mine arrived in perfect condition, so either I got lucky, or Pipedream has improved their quality control since Metal Worx was originally released. I've heard other people who've gotten their Metal Worx toys recently say that they've been in great quality as well, so I'm hoping quality control has gotten better so that I'll get a usable Slim Fave as well.
Double Trouble is fashioned as two (larger than life) steel stylized fingers, nail-less and knuckle-less, but bulged appropriately for applying weight and pressure to the g- or p-spot while having a narrow enough neck to allow the entry muscles to relax around their task. The thickest part of the bulge (5" in circumference) is 3" up from the neck, and the entire insertable length is 3.75". After the neck, the two fingers merge into a 1"ID loop, making Double Trouble deftly maneuverable in solo or partnered play. Finally, the slender thumb, 2.5" tall, reaches up from the loop to apply balanced pressure externally. The angle is not quite right for double penetration with the fingers and thumb, but double sensation is completely sufficient when it's sensation this heavy.

Experience
PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
When I first saw Double Trouble, I had great hopes for it being used as a dual stimulator, with the fingertips arched up into my g-spot, while the thumb pressed against my clit---a sensation I enjoy with human fingers, rendered all the more erotic by the weight and rigidity of steel. Sadly, the thumb seemed to mash a little too insistently into my clit---but I found that the fingers press almost even more deliciously into the back wall of my vagina, and the thumb can then press against the outside of my ass. When rocking, it feels incredible, weighty, a sensation that can only be brought by steel. I've found this to be especially wonderful while my clit is being entertained as well. During orgasm, the steel provides excellent weight and gives my muscles something to clench around, and it isn't jarring in any way. The bulge has stayed nestled warmly inside me, with no signs of wanting to be pushed out---no matter how much lube (any base is compatible) is used.
For anal use---I'm not sure if it's just me, or if everyone is like this---but the asymmetry confuses my sphincter, and I needed to take Double Trouble quite slowly. Once in, the weight was lovely and everything was fine---except that the thumb prevents anything else from being inserted into my vagina. As Double Trouble is marketed as a prostate stimulator, I don't think it's fair of me to complain about that---and I'm sure its length does a wonderful job of stimulating the taint.
FINAL THOUGHTS
Being kneaded by fingers of steel makes me feel wonderful, physically as well as mentally, and I am very grateful to Pipedream for giving me a fist of steel so shiny and smooth that I can leave the velvet gloves in the kitchen.
