Well...my Pspot was definitely NOT rocked by this toy
The Prock is a toy that is high on promise but falls far short of the mark when it comes to actual use. A few design tweaks to the base could make this a terrific pspot toy, but sadly this iteration misses the mark with a toy that wants to leave your ass a whole lot more than it wants to stay in.

Pros
Inexpensive, High quality silicone, Battery is supplied with the toy, Easy to clean
Cons
Doesn't work that well, slips out easily, bullet vibe is not durable.
I requested the Prock by California Exotics because it seemed like it might have the right shape to actually be a cool toy to literally rock upon in order to get some good Pspot stimulation. The other reviews that I had read didn't mention using the toy in this fashion, so I figured I would give it a chance. I have to say that this is probably one of the most disappointing pspot toys that I have ever used. As others have noted, it is nearly impossible to keep the Prock inside your butt. Since prostate stimulation can be achieved hands free with a suitably designed toy (see any of the Aneros line, many Nexus toys and just about any traditional butt plug), having a toy that you need to constantly push in and adjust is really a pain and basically ruins the moment... sort of like farting on your partner while they give you oral. The other annoying thing about this toy is the external part that is supposed to massage the perineum. The shape looks really good on first inspection, and I was actually pretty convinced that it would do a good job there. Sadly, I was wrong with this assumption.
The silicone that bridges between the perineum flap and the business end of the toy is just way too flimsy, so unless you're holding it or sitting on it in some way that is actually comfortable, it is almost useless. On the occasions that I did manage to get this thing inside me and hold it in a way that wasn't completely irritating, I was able to have some nice enough orgasms. I liked the vibrations and the toy did hit my pspot reasonably well, though not nearly as well as many other butt toys that I've used... in fact this is the only butt toy that I have been unable to have a hands free pspot orgasm with, and I only have been able to use it as an enhancement to traditional masturbation. At the end of the day, this is the last toy in my fun basket that I am going to reach for to give my prostate some loving.
The Prock is made of decent quality silicone, and that part of the toy I did actually like. The business end has a nice amount of give, while also being firm enough to get inside the butt. There was no discernible smell to the Prock when I first got it, though I washed it before I used it to be safe. Provided with the toy is a little bullet vibe that gives decent vibration, but only has one speed. California Exotics is nice enough to provide an N sized battery with the toy. My vibrator stopped working around the fifth time I used the toy right before I was about to have an orgasm, so to say that that sealed the deal on me not being a fan of the Prock is an understatement. I can't speak for other owners of this toy, but the bullet vibe on mine was not at all durable. Because this is a silicone toy, do NOT use silicone lubes with it, as they will soften the material and damage the toy. Washing can be done with warm water and soap, or if you feel like sterilizing it, you can remove the bullet vibe and boil it without a problem. I wish I could say that my experience with the Prock was a great one, because I have found that I like Cal Exotics toys in general and I have found them to be thoughtfully designed. If the base where the toy is gripped by the anus were narrower than the rest of the toy, I think it could have potential to be quite a lot of fun. Prock 2.0 Cal Exotics??

Experience
As I mentioned above, keeping this toy in was quite challenging, and basically dealing with that really detracted from the experience as a whole. If this was the only implement I had to get at my Pspot, I would probably like it a lot more than I do, but the problem is that there are so many good options out there for the same price. The only position that I found worked with some success was to lie on my side with my knees together and slightly bent whilst clenching down on the toy. This gave the best combination of retention inside my butt, contact with my prostate and contact with the perineum tab. Doing this while masturbating was nicer than having nothing in my butt while masturbating, so I have to at least give the Prock that!
Follow-up commentary
3 months after original review
I threw this tow away not too long ago. Just about the only good thing about it is the fact that it's made from silicone. Other than that, it really didn't work as touted. I could never get it to stay in my butt, and let's face it, any toy I want in my butt, I want it to stay in there comfortably right?

thanks for the review.

The only way I've found to use this handsfree is to sit and brace the vibrator cap against something. It had potential, but I've moved on to other toys.

lol Sounds like this toy is a bit scared of the ass to be pleasurable! Sorry to hear it isn't all that great, it looks like it would be amazing.

Nice review. Thanks.

@Scott: yes, this is what I found too, and it was just too annoying to be an experience worth repeating given the existence of much better toys.
