It took a while to really get the hang of how this toy worked, but once you get the hang of it, it will take you to a whole new level! It isn't something you just stick in and get a 'wow' factor from. You have to actually learn how to manipulate it. The easiest thing to say is that I never thought that I could get sensations like this from just tightening and relaxing my sphincter.

Inserting it can be a little uncomfortable at first. Once the large head is in, it is no problem. Just remember, that it has to come out too! That isn't nearly as bad though. You just push a little and it pops right out.

There is a vibrating egg that can be used with the MGX. It has to be placed in the rear loop. The biggest problem there is that it will come out of there and leave you with no vibration. I found that it can be taped into place and you will get a nice vibration going through out your play time with it. It was a little more trouble than it should have been though.

As for using an egg with it, I have found that I can get better sensations without the vibration. It is all in learning how to manipulate it so that you get the best sensation. No hands required once it is inserted, just a contraction and relaxing of the sphincter. That causes the head to slightly nudge the prostate and build up sensations that are very pleasurable.

I have not achieved an orgasm with just using this. I end up having to masturbate while moving the MGX in and out with my sphincter muscles. The orgasm that I get from it is earth shaking though!!!

A very pleasurable experience. It took me about five or six times before I really got to where it was doing something for me. Before that, it was just a very slight feeling of anything. Don't let the fact that it is a very hard, rigid toy turn you off. It has a purpose in being that way. It will become something that is pleasurable with experience. One word of advice: don't wear it if you are going to walk a lot. The action of walking causes the MGX to move slightly from side to side. It will be hitting your prostate while you do. This can result in your knees getting a little weak and sitting down will not help since that will cause it to be pressed in tighter and rest against the prostate.
