Unholy Trinity!
The Trinity is a nice plug that has varied vibration patterns and can be stored neatly thanks to the ring-control design. It's not a beginner's plug because the circumference is pretty big, but the material is smooth which aids insertion. It's compatible with silicone and water based lubes, and it's waterproof.

Cons
- Potential for wire damage
The Trinity is an anal plug that vibrates. Oh joy!
It's made by Evolved, so it comes in their standard clear plastic packaging. The packaging could be used to store the toy regularly, but it is not discreet as it is clearly marked with the product description and the labeling is not removable.
The Trinity is powered by 2 AAA batteries, which is great because they're much more accessible than other hard-to-find sizes. It has a plastic coated wire joining the plug to a ring-shaped control, which bears a single push button. The ring control is great, because it doesn't require you to hold onto a bulky control pad or reach around behind you and try to turn a lube-coated dial. It also fits well around fingers of different sizes, so it won't cut off circulation to your fingers! The ring, convenient as it is, only has one button, which means you'll have to cycle forward through the functions and can't go back to a previous one. It also means you'll have to cycle forward through all the functions just to turn the plug off, as there's o independent way to turn off the plug otherwise.
Speaking of functions, let's check those out: there are 5 of them. Steady low, Steady High, Pulse (very rumbly, quite nice), Alternating Pulse (short-long), and Other Alternating Pulse (short-long-long). The vibrations carry very nicely throughout the body of the plug; I was impressed with the strength of the vibrations and how well they could be felt in different segments of the toy.
The plug is waterproof, so playing and cleaning are made much easier. To clean, soap and water will suffice. The plastic is very smooth and easy to clean, which is more hygienic than some other anal toys that may collect bacteria.
Finally, a note about storage: The cord can be wrapped around the middle neck of the plug and the ring is designed to be able to fit snugly around the neck, but the way that you "snap" it onto the neck makes the cord bend sharply in order for the ring to wrap around the neck. It's a bit difficult to explain, but basically, you should be careful with the way you attach the ring to the neck of the plug, because the cord connecting the two may get bent or pinched in the process and over time, this may cause a problem with the wiring.
