When this toy came it came in a black drawstring velvet bag. Very good for discretion as well as a safe spot to keep it clean and dry while not in use. The plug is a great beginner size or even great for those who are new to double penetration and aren't sure if they will be able to enjoy anal and vaginal penetration at the same time. The toy is made from metal, and the purple gem on the base is made of either plastic or resin. You can tell that the gem is fake, and you can see some of the glue on the outer edge of the gem, but it is still very pretty, which made my partner excited to see it when he got to see it that evening. The thing I love most about this toy is that there is no seam like some metal plugs, which can be sharp if not prepared properly for sexual use. In my experience, it is difficult to find plugs that have "gems" on the end that are on the smaller size.
The ridges are subtle, but you can definitely feel them, and the ridges are easy on each step, it isn't a huge difference between the different-sized ridges. I was worried that the gem would get in the way of sitting, but when I was sitting, I didn't feel a thing. This is wonderful for beginner training with the intent to wear it throughout the day. It glides perfectly in and out and can be used with silicone or water-based lube, though it is better to use silicone lube with anal play as the lube won't dry up as quickly as a water-based lube will. This is also a good toy to test temperature play with, as it can be made both cold and warm before use. I would suggest being careful, though, as it is metal, and you wouldn't want to freeze the metal so much that your skin sticks to it, but also, you will want to make sure that it isn't so hot that you burn yourself. Just remember to stay safe, and your inner workings are sensitive!
