Firstly, this was my very first prostate massager purchase. I had been very eager to explore my p-spot region in search of the ultimate male orgasm as I had so heard and read about for quite some time. It runs on AAA batteries which is my choice for toy power other than a rechargeable unit. Hence, my purchasing a battery charger and re-using batteries rather than owning stock in the Energizer Bunny. :o)

The best use for this toy is for the male prostate gland, although, it has worked very nicely on my wife both clitoral and her g-spot.

The best position that I have found to use this toy is in a chair with my legs stretched outward or lying down.

The toy is manufactured from a hard composite plastic. Mine is a smoke colored plastic. This is one area I would like to see the manufacturer upgrade, to possibly and fleshy/softer material. Although, the current construction of the toy did not hamper my prostate experience except for the being able to hold onto it and position it effectively with lube along the handle. The toy would add to the overall stimulation if the outside of the toy had some texture along the shaft. Whilst using, I like to massage my p-spot slowly back and forth... added texture would definitely add to the stimulation as it moved back and forth along the sphincter muscles. Texture would also add to the ability to hold onto the toy effectively. I have found that I have had to wrap a paper towel or something to get a "grip" on the toy. That is a little frustrating, especially at the moment of orgasm... should the toy move from my directed position.

I personally think the design of the bulb is just right, especially for beginners at anal stimulation. The size, shape and angle of the bulb allows for very easy and very comfortable insertion. Just apply liberal amounts of lube to the 1st 1/3rd of the toy and the exterior of your anus.

I would also think a larger bulb or textured handle designed to not allow the toy to slip all the way inside would be a good and sensible addition. If this toy goes too far inside of you and your fingers and the shaft are plenty lubricated, this toy could end up slipping inside. This is not what you want. I did have a close call in the midst of orgasm bliss but was able to "catch" it before it went into "hiding".

Another possible flaw is the amount of torque to seat the batteries properly for the toy to operate. I did have to tighten down the battery cap quite a bit for each use. This ultimately stripped the threads of the battery cap now making the toy a real pain to use...although it does still work but hard to keep the cap seated correctly.

The toy does have a variable speed to its vibrating function. This helps to bring your prostate stimulation and orgasm to new levels by "teasing" your prostate and then turning up the volume at the point of orgasm.

The amount of vibration at full throttle is awesome and very strong. For me...and I am assuming with most or all men that there is a "sweet spot" once the prostate is being massaged. Once I find that sweet spot I like to keep the toy there while I am masturbating or using another toy such as a Fleshlight, etc. One problem or should I say "hurdle" with me is that my inner sphincter muscles are quite strong and contract quite a bit. When this happens and if my hands are occupied elsewhere, my contractions make the entire toy and the ever important bulb at the end do a 180 degree turn. Hence.....the strongest vibrations are no longer centered where I initially had them.

As for the noise factor it is pretty quiet. You can definitely hear the toy when turned to maximum but once inserted, it quiets down considerably.

A big flaw in this toy is where the bulb connects to the shaft. There is a seam (it's not a solid continuous piece) that allows water, lube, etc. to enter the bulb cavity. This toy is best used and suggested use is with a condom. Other than that, it is easily cleaned.

Packaging: Just your typical sealed plastic enclosure that is a pain to open. Can't use the packaging as a storage facility.

With the few flaws that I have mentioned, this toy has delivered some of the strongest orgasms I have ever had. So, I do continue to use it. The battery life lasts quite some time and provides plenty of time for your p-spot explorations.

Friendly "Warning": If you have hardwood floors, be aware if during your prostate orgasm, your inner muscles shoot this thing out and it's at full throttle, your new experience will instantly be heard throughout the ENTIRE house. This toy will "dance" hard on a hardwood floor. Picture yourself frantically trying to grab it up off the volume intensifying surface with a lube coated surface and fingers.
