These balls are made for walkin!
I'm glad that I bought these and for $20 they it's certainly worth giving them a try. When I'm in the mood for something different, the Power-Balls come out of my toy box.

Pros
Size, cost, uniqueness, can be used anally or vaginally.
Cons
Could use a longer retrieval cord, shouldn't be shared due to the latex material.
I use these for both anal play and wearing around the house, like you would a plug. Each ball has a little ball inside of it that rattle around when you move. For anal play, I sometimes lie down on the bed, insert these fully and then insert a high powered vibrator about an inch or two, which makes the little balls move around. Be careful to not "lose" the balls inside you if you try this. I have no difficulty inserting these and after a few minutes I hardly notice them other than the sensation I get from the little balls rattling around when I move around/walk. The sensation is pretty unique and I can't really explain it in words. The rattle of the balls can't be heard, only felt and I would consider them to be discreet. I've worn them for a couple of hours at a time with zero discomfort. The cord seems sturdy enough but the retrieval part of it is too short for my liking. As a precaution, I tied a sturdy string to the loop at the end to ensure that they won't disappear on me. Please note that I would not recommend inserting all 5 balls and walk around with them or sitting down unless you tie something else to the retrieval loop. Another thing about the cord is the very end of it isn't coated with latex, which isn't a huge deal if you take care to clean it well with antibacterial soap.
Each ball is 1 1/4" wide, there are 5 of them with an insertable length of 10 inches and once inserted fully, you'll know that they're in there but in a good way. I find them to be very comfortable. The balls and cord are coated with latex and are very smooth with no seems. I don't get any prostate stimulation from them but I still enjoy them, nonetheless. Due to the size of the balls and the total length, I wouldn't recommend these to a beginner. And for intermediate to advanced users, I would suggest warming up with a toy or at least a couple of fingers first. I use a lot of lube with these but no more than I would a large dildo. I have only used water based lube but you could use silicone lube with them since latex is compatible with that type of lube.
The latex material doesn't bother me in the least but I'm most likely in the minority. If you're allergic to latex, steer clear of this product. Latex is porous and doesn't clean well but I don't share my toys with anyone and always clean them well with clear antibacterial soap afterwards by soaking them in a hot water and soap mixture and then giving them another once over before drying and storing in my toy drawer.
All of my anal play is solo so I can't speak to what partners play would be like but I'd imagine it would be quite sensual to slowly insert and pull these out of one's partner. My partner is a mirror and I like watching them as I slowly pull them out. Speaking of popping out, I'm not fond of the feeling of a pronounced "pop" but if you are, you'll get it with these.
If I was a female I'd definitely try these vaginally, both for sex play and wearing around the house (but not after I used them anally, of course).

Experience
Sometimes when I clean my house, I'll pop these in to make the chore more enjoyable. Nothing like running up and down the steps with these inside you and feeling the little balls rattling around!
