The Severin Medium is a large anal plug, and as such is meant to be used anally. It can be used by people of any gender, either solo or - conceivably - with a partner. I do not think this plug is very good for partner play, as it is not harness compatible, is too short for thrusting,

This toy is best suited for those with high-to-moderate experience with anal play. Advanced users will likely be challenged by its above-average girth and shortness, and absolute beginners would probably be better off with something a bit narrower. It would be a good choice for a beginner who wants to train his or her body to take larger plugs.

The Severin by tantus is made from 100% silicone, which rates a perfect ten on the EdenFantasys Material Safety Scale. It is extremely easy to clean, waterproof, holds temperature well, and can be completely sanitized (making it safe to share between partners). To clean the plug you can boil it, wash it in a 10% bleach solution, use a toy cleaning solution, or hand-wash it wit antibacterial soap and hot water.

There is no texture to this toy, its' smooth and shiny. As with all silicone toys, it would have a bit of drag, so you'll definitely want to use lubricant with it. As silicone toys are not compatible with silicone-based lube, water-based lube is the best choice. Keep in mind that water-based lubricant dries more quickly than silicone-based lubricant, so you'll want to reapply it often - it's no fun removing a dry plug!

The Severin's design is very user-friendly as tts tip is very narrow, which should allow for more comfortable insertion. the firmness of the plug as it nears its base. The base features a contoured base to fit between the wearer's cheeks,it can be used to remove the plug after use.


While this plug is labeled "medium", it's actually pretty large. The whole toy is less than 5" in length and at its widest point the plug is 1 7/8" wide. One reason that I think this toy would be good for advanced users is that while it has no texture, its shape provides a nice "pop" when it is removed, which would be a new sensation for someone who is only used to straight, narrow plugs.


The shape of this toy is definitely my favorite feature. The combination of the thin tip and round bulb seems nice and the flared base is a good feature as well. For something with "medium" in the product name I was definitely expecting something a bit smaller, we saw this thing and decided that it was just too large. That being said we can comment on how it looked in the package but please refer to other reviews for actual performance.

We like the thought of this but unfortunately it's enormous. We apologize for not giving you the complete scoop but it was just too big.

This thing was just too big, we never did get to use it but for those size queens it may do nicely. If anyone can make this work, let us know!!!
