I have been lusting after the Njoy line for a LONG time now and it was only after coming to EF that was I able to afford such a luxurious stainless steel toy such as the Pure Plug Large. Given that the product indeed was labeled "Large" I thought it would be enough to satisfy my greedy rump; apparently though, I'm more of an anal fiend that I originally thought!

The Pure Plug Large is an amazing anal plug. Don't think anything but (heh) that for a second, and it is indeed loved by me... just not as much as I was originally hoping. The plug itself is 310g (11oz) of solid and heavy (believe me, if you dropped this on your foot it would HURT) stainless steel, and is 1.5" in diameter at the widest point.

Steel is extremely easy to take care of. You can boil it or soak it in a bleach and water solution, or place it alone in the dishwasher with no detergent. You can use pretty much any lube you want with it too, but because it's so smooth it needs hardly any at all; add too much and it'll fly right out of you!

The Pure Plug Large is excellent for long term wear. In fact, for many people (including myself) this is one of its biggest selling points; that it's very comfortable and easy to wear for long periods of time. I've worn it around the house nearly all day with a single reapplication of water-based lubricant to keep it going. This is where things kind of were a 'meh' experience for me though; the Pure Plug Large is indeed a decent size and carries a lot of weight, but it just wasn't as filling as I hoped it would be. I do plan on seeking its big brother, the 2.0, very soon in further attempts to fulfill my greedy rump's desires.

The overall design of the Pure Plug is simple. It's a bulbous head that goes to a curved accented stem that ends in a tight oval handle which neatly hides between your butt cheeks. It also allows for easy removal of the plug and prevents it from getting sucked in.

The Pure Plug comes in a very gorgeous storage box that has a styrofoam 'holding piece' covered by a smooth, soft fabric with the plug residing in the center. The box's lid is attached via some nice ribbon; the inside of the lid has a little booklet of the Njoy line held there by more ribbon. The box itself is branded on the top with the Njoy logo, which is kind of too bad since it's wooden (or feels wooden) and would make a great gift box otherwise.

The last thing I'm going to mention is that although this is a great comfortable long-term wear plug that will last you a very very long time, it is also very noticeable to the wearer when inserted. You will always know it's there due to its weight.

I still like this plug due to its weight and easy maintenance though as I kind of echoed in my review, it just isn't quite big enough for me. I have ordered the Pure Plug 2.0 so I'll be giving my impressions on that in the coming weeks... Most people will love this plug in my opinion, just the anally greedy may want a bit more is all I'm saying. Due to its smooth surface and lifespan I still would recommend this as the go-to plug for long term wear for ANYONE that already has some anal experience under their belt (1 1/2" isn't all that much, most medium plugs are the same diameter at the widest point, this plug just feels heavier than other plugs).
