The G Stands for Great
This is a fantastic toy with an excellent size and shape that delivers all the right sensations to your sensitive spots. My only conceivable complaint is that it's difficult to clean.

Pros
Excellent shape, silicone exterior, good vibrations, AAA battery powered.
Cons
Plastic vibrator difficult to clean, single vibration setting.
The Nexus G-Play Medium is a "vibrating unisex G-spot massager" that is made of two main components: a hard plastic vibrating core and a velvety silicone cover that gives the toy its pleasurable shape. The packaging the toy comes in has some informational text on it that gives some useful tips for use and care of the toy. It suggests that you clean it with hot soapy water before and after each use, keep the battery compartment dry, and only use water based lubes. It also gives some basic hints for anal play: apply lube to both the toy and the anus, relax, and take it slow.
The box doesn't give any further advice, particularly regarding how to clean the plastic component of the G-Play, so it took me a little bit to figure out that the vibrator could be easily slid out of the toy. I had assumed, because of the shape of the toy, that the silicone had to be rolled off the plastic to separate the components, which is difficult and ill-advised. However, the silicone need only be peeled back enough to get a grip on the vibrator, after which it can be slid out easily. Once separated, the silicone can be treated per the usual: 10% bleach solution, top rack of the dishwasher, or boiling for three minutes will clean it up nicely. For the vibrator, however, I use disinfecting wipes since wiping it down is really the best thing you can do given that this part is not waterproof.
The vibrating component is fairly strong, but isn't super loud and falls within the sound range of your typical cell phone vibrator. The G-Play Medium has a push button toggle to turn the vibrator on or off, but has no further settings, unlike its larger brother, the G-Play Large, which has five separate settings. The vibrator runs the length of the toy when inserted and takes a AAA battery to power. The vibrator fits perfectly with the silicone exterior (almost as though they were made for each other) but they can also be used individually as a bullet and a non-vibrating, softer and easier to clean silicone toy for prostate or G-spot stimulation.
I, however, choose to use it as a complete toy because the vibrations are absolutely fantastic. Silicone transfers vibrations very well, and I've made use of individually purchased bullet vibrators and silicone toys, but this is my first toy that has come as a complete package. The difference between these two styles of stimulation is huge, and the effect on me was immediate. The shape of the G-Play was perfect to deliver vibrations to my prostate and throughout the entire surrounding region. I used this as a vibrating butt plug/prostate massager during intercourse and I was absolutely bathed in pleasure until I came. This toy hits all the right spots and delivers quite an experience: I highly recommend the G-Play Medium for any bedroom that gets in to anal play.
