Take a deep breath
A great toy for those looking for something large. It can be difficult to step up to this width, but once it's in, it has all the hallmarks of a great plug. It stays in place very well, and is a comfortable length.

Pros
Manageable length and wide base make it comfortable. Won't slide out when inserted.
Cons
Goes to its widest insertable width quickly, making it harder for people not used to this size.
They call this toy the Big Boy, and they're not messing around. I consider myself to be at an intermediate level with anal play, but this was a step up for me. The largest I had previously used was my Lelo Loki Wave, which is a little under an inch and a half at its widest. The Big Boy is a solid two inches at its widest. The extra half inch doesn't sound like much, but it makes a big difference. Getting this toy comfortably inserted took three sessions and about as much lube as I would use in a month.
The shape of the Big Boy is like a 3d version of a spade symbol. This leads to my one real complaint about the toy. Many plugs have a more triangular shape, and that allows them to be inserted easily. The Big Boy goes to its largest width rather abruptly. Inserting it is a bit more difficult than it needs to be because of this. For me, the opening tended to stretch inward as opposed to sliding around the toy, causing some discomfort. This would be less of a problem for people who are more used to toys of this size, but it's an issue for people like me who are using this to step up their game.
Once you get past the width, the toy works very well. At three and a half inches, it's long enough to hit all the right spots without overstaying its welcome. The difference between the neck and flare of the toy is three quarters of an inch, so once it's in, you can move without fear of it sliding out. The base is also very wide, so it will sit comfortably and not get sucked in. The base also functions as a suction cup, and adheres very well to smooth surfaces.
Made with body safe, non-porous silicone, you could not ask for a better material. It can be easily cleaned or sterilized, and is even dishwasher safe. You are limited to using water-based lubes, but there are many good water-based anal lubes available. It's also latex and phthalate -free, so there's no smell out of the box.
Some helpful tips for conquering the Big Boy:
1. Take your time. Stop if it hurts and don't push yourself too hard. It may take multiple sessions over a few days to get it in comfortably.
2. Use lots of lube. Seriously. More than you think.
3. Good vibrations. Holding a vibrator to the base of the toy will feel nice and help to relax and make your comfortable.
4. Easy in easy out. Insert it slowly and take it back out slowly. Work your way up to fully inserting it slowly in strokes.
