I got this because I was looking for a medium sized dildo to use as a strap-on, mostly vaginally but occasionally anally. It is so perfect. As with any silicone toy, boil it for a few minutes to sterilize it. I always wash my toys with soap and water first to clean off lube/body juices, and then drop it in the boiling water pot. It's silicone, so go for a water-based lube only.
