P-Plex is a vibrating waterproof prostate massager for men. However, it could be used for women vaginally or anally too, depending on your interest. The toy inserts into your rear and stays put. It vibrates against the prostate while you masturbate or have sex or just go about your business around the house. This is for someone with some anal experience looking for something different and with a fuller feeling. Not ideal for beginners due to the girth and hollow shaft design.

You could also use it as a kegel exerciser.

The material is 100% silicone, which is non-porous, smooth matte to the touch and is flexible, but in a slightly rigid sense. The unusual open shaft design allows it to flex or squeeze when you insert; or once inside you, it can expand to accommodate your anatomy and put more pressure on your prostate. It's safe for sharing with a partner if you sterilize it between uses. It is a whimsical and unique design.

The silicone does have a bit of drag compared to materials like ABS plastic, metal, glass.

The toy is curved but is 5" long overall. About 4" of that is insertable. It's fairly wide too, equivalent to about 1 1/2 -1.5/8" diameter, though it's more square in that sense than round. Beginners should look for something smaller and more conventional. It's travel-friendly in a checked bag, but quite obviously a sex toy, though it is odd looking. I like that the toy is rechargeable (USB) and made of silicone. I was apprehensive about the open design but curious enough to give it a try. It was slower than my usual toys to insert, and I found it a little uncomfortable to remove. I'd suggest using more lube than normal and ideally, use a lube syringe to make insertion easier. Also a good idea to douche. It is easy to use and has enough variety to please most. I found the vibrations to be stronger on the outside and didn't transmit as well on the inside vs. other toys. Due to the unusual design, the motor is on the outside, so that's not a big surprise.

The toy is waterproof so that you can use it in the shower/tub. Cleaning is pretty carefree, but the open mesh design obviously allows the fecal material to get caught inside the web, so you'll need a bit more thorough cleaning than a typical plug. Since it's 100% silicone, you can freely use 10% bleach solution, toy cleaner, hot soap and water to clean without concern for ruining the electronics.
