Squeaky Clean!
Overall, I really like this product! It works great for anal clean-out, has the proper volume, and is flexible. Since I have been using this anal douche, there have been no issues with uncleanliness or mood killing messes, which my partner and I greatly appreciate. This product gives me the confidence to engage in anal play, and allows me relax and enjoy the ride so to speak (pun intended), and that is the most important thing when anal play is the order of the day or night!

Could be hard to squeeze for some, Can be scratchy if not lubed properly, Smell
The Titanmen anal douche does its job, and does it well. For me, this is the best option out there. Other similar products are not as reliable as this one. At 5 inches long, and 5/8 inches in diameter the nozzle is perfect for getting to the right place for a quick, simple, and comfortable clean out. The curve of the nozzle makes for easy insertion in positions that allow you to be comfortable at all times. The end of the nozzle is fluted for a comfortable insertion. The opening for the water to flow through is 3/16 inches wide, which allows for good flow. However, there is no back-flow prevention, so if the unit is tipped or turned upside down, water will pour out quickly. The nozzle actually screws into the bulb and provides a tight and solid connection that prevents any possible separation of the nozzle and bulb when in use. Just remember to apply a little lube to the threads of the nozzle and bulb, to ensure easy tightening and loosening of the two pieces.
The bulb capacity is 8oz, which I believe to be just the right amount. The bulb is soft and easy enough to squeeze for me, however I have pretty large hands. I could see someone with smaller hands, and/or less strength having difficulty squeezing it. It does have raised rings around the widest part of the bulb, which allows for a good slip free grip. The whole thing is made of TPR rubber, so it cannot be boiled to sterilize it. However, it can be cleaned with antibacterial soap and water, and it can be wiped down with rubbing alcohol. I usually wash it (inside and outside), and then wipe it down with rubbing alcohol and let it dry before putting it away. Since it cannot be boiled to sterilize, this unit should not be shared due to possible health and infection issues!
The whole unit is flexible, and it bends easily -- which makes for easy, comfortable use. Although flexible, bendable, easy to insert and use, there is a need for a little lube to make things glide easily. Without lubricant, the TPR material will grab and stick on dry skin (ouch!) The TPR material is compatible with both water-based and silicone lubricants. However, if you are cleaning out before a little toy play that involves silicone materials, I would suggest using water based-lubes only. Remnants of a silicone lube could linger, causing a possible reaction between the silicone lube and any silicone toy -- not a good thing! Remember, you will need to reapply lube each time the nozzle is inserted when using water-based lubes; silicone lubes should last longer, since they are not water soluble.

Experience
This is a great product, and it performs well. I prefer it to any other product out there. That being said, there are some things to be aware of. The fluted end can be a little pinchy and/or scratchy if not used with plenty of lube. Also, the lack of a back-flow prevention allows for liquids to flow back into the unit if some caution and proper removal is not exercised. In order to avoid back-flow, the bulb should be squeezed until is as empty as possible(a certain amount of water will remain in the bulb). While the emptied bulb is being squeezed, tighten your sphincter muscle and remove the nozzle in one quick pull. There may be some leakage, but it should be minimal. Since there can be leakage and spills, it's best to use this unit on the toilet, or in the shower. One more thing that I have discovered that may also help you is what kind of water to use to clean out. If you live in an area that has hard water, and/or the water treatment facility uses all kinds of chemicals, namely Chlorine, to "clean" the water, avoid using this water for anal douching -- your internal plumbing will thank you! Lets face it, I don't even drink the water out of my tap because of instant intestinal disorder -- feels like my guts are tied in knots! Sorry, but if I'm not putting it in one end, why would I put it in the other? Do your body a favor and invest in some quality name brand spring water that has NOT been "treated", and everything should go well! As far as how much is enough, that depends on the individual. I, myself, am a large person, and it usually takes about 3 or 4 good flushings to clear things out well. Just be sure to flush until everything that comes out is clear and debris free. Also, be sure to flush out a couple of hours before you plan on having any anal play, as this allows anything that may still linger after the initial flushing to be evacuated before any play begins! One thing I discovered is the threads of the nozzle and the bulb need a little lube applied before use in order to screw them together easier.
Follow-up commentary

I still like this product. It still performs as it did the first time I used it, and I have noticed nothing else negative to date. Although, I do not notice any rubber smell anymore!
