We'd be lying if we said that we weren't a touch apprehensive about the Elektra Plus Plug. This was to be our first foray into electrical stimulation toys, and we wondered whether it might be a mistake. The grooves on the product hold lubricant where you want it, so a little lasts a long time. Make sure to use enough to provide a conduit for the electrical impulses to flow to the tissue. Also, use only water-based lube as silicone lube could dissolve the silicone material.
It was time to try out the e-stim portion, and after making sure hubby was ready, I pressed the button to activate. There are three intensities of electrical impulses, and the first one he was relieved to find very mild. The shock was barely felt but noticeable and fires off about every 1/2 second. He agreed to let me increase the power to the second setting, and that was definitely felt and pleasurable. I've already mentioned that the vibrations are very good, especially for a plug of this size. The settings are customizable and range from low to high power as well as staccato patterns.
