Solid, if not spectacular, anal toy
This is a decent toy for the price, which delivers a good experience despite some design/quality flaws and is particularly useful because it is waterproof.

Pros
Somewhat cheap, waterproof, respectable power for one AAA battery, decent size
Cons
Jelly material, frustrating knob, floppy tip
My previous experiences with Doc Johnson products made me unsure about trying this toy for the first time. In the past, I have experienced cheap build quality, obvious design flaws, and weak motors in other Doc Johnson products. While no means perfect, this anal toy is definitely the best DJ product I own.
The toy is a jelly beaded cone shape, fitted over a small, slim vibrator. As many have pointed out, the stiff plastic vibrator only extends halfway up the toy's length, and this combined with the soft jelly material (which lacks the stiffness of, say, silicone) means that the tip of the toy is extremely soft and wobbly. It takes two hands and some effort to get the toy into the anus, but it is a worthwhile effort. And of course, porous jelly means the toy is hard to clean and can't be shared without a condom.
The vibrations are controlled by a small twist knob on the bottom of the toy. In my particular example, the knob is very fidgety--the last time I used it, I thought the battery or motor was dead at first. I had to experiment with turning the knob only halfway and slightly unscrewing the battery cap to finally get it buzzing. The vibrations are more powerful than I expected from the small motor and single AAA battery; they're not earth-shaking, but they provide a satisfying level of stimulation for me without being very loud at all. The knob issues mean that there is very little adjustment range in terms of vibration speed.
The blobby shape of the probe is stimulating, and this toy can definitely be used for bead-style thrusting, though I would recommend against pulling the toy completely out due to the soft tip. The main used I have for it, however, is as a vibrating butt plug|Spectra gel beaded anal vibrator. The largest blob is of a considerable size, and the narrower waist below it creates a perfect place for the anus to hold the toy in place. With the largest blob inserted, it provides a satisfyingly full feeling, and the vibrations are quite pleasant. I usually use this toy in the bath, because it is waterproof. This fact elevates this toy from run-of-the-mill to one of the stars of my anal toy collection. The toy's waterproof nature allows me to sit back and relax in the warm water while I am being stimulated anally. For the price, this toy is worth it.

I'd probably cover this with a condom even if not sharing, since it's porous and can't be sterilized. Sounds interesting, though, and looks unintimidating.

I would recommend condom use also, just because of the concerns with phthalates in jelly and its highly porous nature. If you want a good vibrating butt plug, check out the Zing.

Plus, that base isn't much bigger than the last knob, so it might have a tendency to go too far if one isn't careful... Thanks for the review though.
