This toys best use is for G-spot stimulation. Each end can be used internally with very different sensations.

It can be used anally if you're particularly careful to hold on to the end you use as a handle.

Delve is made from hardwood. It is polished to be completely smooth and is coated with Nobessence's own "Lubrosity" coating which is like a thick durable waterproof varnish that cannot be washed off. You can see the grain of the wood but it is polished smooth. You are not at risk of receiving a splinter when you use Delve.

Delve is nine inches long. The circumference of end with two bulbs is just under five inches at the widest part of the larger bulb. The circumference of the tapered end is five inches.

One end has two bulbs while the other longer part tapers slowly as you move from Delve's center to its tip. The tapered end works best as a handle although either end is insertable.

Massaging your G-spot with the larger of the two bulbs feels heavenly. I personally didn't feel that the smaller bulb added much to the experience but that's ok. The larger bulb is quite good on its own. If I were to rate Delve based solely on how the bulbed end feels, I would give it five stars.

As for the tapering end, I did not find inserting that part to be pleasant. I expected that I would like it. It looks so similar to the Alumina Flow, which is one of my absolute favorite toys. The problem is that the widest part of Delve is close to its center. In order to feel Delve's full width you need to insert it quite far. Once its inside enough so that the wide point is inside you, you will find that you are being poked by its pointy tip. At least I was. Perhaps if you're deep inside this won't be a problem for you.



The widest part of Flow is much closer to the tip. You don't need to insert Flow nearly as far to benefit from what Flow has to offer.

The tapering part does make a good handle however. The fact that Flow has only one end that I find usable doesn't bother me. Probably the reason Delve's one usable end does bother me is that I expected both ends to be useful. I had no such expectation with Flow.

So as long as you're fine with one usable end or in the case that Delve's taper works for you, you'll enjoy Delve. And there's no question that Delve's workmanship and beauty are excellent. You will be pleased with the quality of construction of this toy and with the feel of at least one of its ends. And the feel of highly polished wood is amazing.

Even though Delve is made from wood, its durable, waterproof Lubrosity finish makes it easy to maintain. Simply wash with soap and water, then towel dry.

Any lubricant is safe to use with Delve.

Delve comes in the same sturdy, beautiful box as most Nobessence toys. I actually wish it didn't. I have a difficult time bringing myself to throw away such a nice box, but I actually have no use for it. Delve is better stored inside a pouch or sock so it doesn't take up as much room.

While Delve's smaller end is very nice, I find that I have continued to be unfairly bothered by my dislike for the larger end. I have too many other toys that I like more. My Delve is now in the hands of someone who appreciates her more than I did.
