The Big End by Doc Johnson is an intermediate to advanced user butt plug made of some pretty awesome material called silicone. Most commonly this type of toy is for anal use for males and females however can be used for vaginal use. It is most certainly safe material and design wise to be used anally without the worry of accidental slippage or ER trips. Solo or partner use is completely up to you but remember to use condoms when sharing. Because of its 1 3/4" diameter at the widest point, this is far from a beginner's toy and you should look elsewhere. But if you are looking to step up your game and head for the intermediate and higher level, this might be just what you are looking for.

For best use you should use ONLY water-based lubricant as other types will generally damage the plug. I recommend warm up as this is no easy toy to just shove in. Before this plug I was using the Groove also by Doc Johnson, I still have to use that to warm up in order to take this plug. If you feel pain when using this, you should stop, re-apply lube, and try again slowly. The base is large enough and designed to be comfortable and safe without the worry of this plug sliding all the way inside of you. It's good for long or short term wear also water-proof for extra fun. The material can be heated or cooled to your liking for temperature play also.

Easy to wash and clean while providing a non-porous surface that is hypo-allergenic, latex free and phthalates free. It is smooth with a plush/firmness to it and a light drag feel. I have noticed no odors from this plug at all before, during and after use. It's obviously not realistic looking but feels smooth and comfortable. Remember to use only water-based lube with this one and a little goes far as lube adheres easily to the material. Unfortunately it is also a major lint magnet. So keep it stored in a zip lock bag and rinse off before use.

I personally love the design of this plug and it works well for me and my body. At 1 3/4" at the widest point it is not for beginners and has taken me time to get used to it. It has a total length of 5 1/2" with 4 3/4" insertable. I personally like the insertable length as it does not go too deep when it "pops" in. It gradually increases in size from the tip towards the largest bulbous point then gives you a nice pop feeling. The next is very thin in comparison at 3/4" wide. I think the length is just right; some people don't like a lot of depth! I know I don't. It is easy to insert with time and warm up however the neck is very flexible and often the plug tries to bend slightly because of that. The way the base is designed makes it safe for long time wear but also makes it more comfortable as the base will sit in between the butt cheeks. Definitely not discreet but I think it's small and compact enough for travelling, just put it in a zip lock bag and be on your way!

This plug performs well at giving a nice full feeling inside of my ass. When it pops in it is such an amazing feeling and I just love it. The neck may be thin and floppy (hence "Sir flops a lot"), but it's very comfortable in not stretching my sphincter out too much. It doesn't go too deep in my ass so there for does not create unpleasant pressure where I don't want it. I find the only time it slips out is if I use too much lube or try to masturbate and come while not sitting down, then it wants to launch out like a rocket. I haven't used it for extended long periods of use because I am still not what I consider to be an advanced user, but more intermediate. But from how I have used the plug it is very comfortable.

This plug is easy to clean and store. I simply follow a simple hand wash with anti-bacterial soap and hot water and let it air dry then store in a zip lock bag. But there are other ways to clean it since the material is water-proof and heavy duty. You can boil it for 3-4minutes to fully disinfect it, wipe it down with a 10% bleach solution, use toy cleaner and/or wipes or even use it in the top rack of your dishwasher. I recommend keeping it out of sunlight and always store in a dark dry place away from other toys of various materials. If you do want to store it with other toys, I would put it in a zip lock bag. I hear different materials can melt together and become damaged and unsafe for use. Again I must remind you to use only water-based lube.

This came in a plastic clam shell packaging that can be used to store the toy. There is some basic information on the package, probably very little more than what you can find on Eden Fantasys. It just covers basic information about its quality and features along with company information.

Other than general use and wear of this plug I have not had the chance to explore a whole lot with it. Generally I will use it once or twice a week for maybe 30 minutes at a time. Due to my living conditions it makes it hard to experiment or have a lot of fun with toys with limited privacy. I can say though that I can have The Big End plug inside of me and still be around people, walk, sit and stand up without any problems or anyone even suspecting I have a toy in my ass. This is probably the best thing about this toy is how discreet it can be while everyone is unaware.
