Rump shakers small sex toy review
Anal play has always been of interest to me, but as a beginner, many of the larger butt plugs and other anal toys can be somewhat intimidating. Trying out the Rump Shakers small turned out to be a little bit of an adventure, though a disappointing one.

Pros
Color choices; nonthreatening; the cord pulls out to avoid breakage.
Cons
Too small to stay in.
Anal play has always been of interest to me, but as a beginner, many of the larger butt plugs|Butt plugs make a great introduction to anal pleasure and anal sex toys and other anal toys|Anal probes - Anal Sex Toys can be somewhat intimidating. So I asked to review the smaller version of the Rump Shakers|Butt plug: Rump shakers small; it looked cute and decidedly nonthreatening. As another plus, it comes in four colors; choice is always nice, and I am, as always, a big fan of anything purple.
When my little purple rump shaker arrived, I immediately inspected it and tested the vibrations. Even for a beginner like me, this little plug was nonthreatening in person, though it has a rubbery smell. The cord that connects the plug to its controller seems sturdy and can be disconnected from the controller, which keeps the cord and controller from breaking if pulled during a particularly enthusiastic moment.
Trying out the plug turned out to be a little bit of an adventure, and it did disappoint, if only a little. I used plenty of water based lubricant (Liquid Sex Sensitive Light|Liquid sex sensitive light lubricant is my current favorite and is glycerin-free), and after a little foreplay with my favorite vibrator, I tried to insert the plug. It slid in easily, and provided me with a nice, mild full sensation, though I quickly found myself wanting more.
I turned the plug on and noted how quiet the motor was, as well as the fact that, really, the vibrations weren’t all that exciting to me. There seemed to be little difference between the lowest and highest settings. Still, the actual filling sensation felt nice, so out came my vibrator again.
Unfortunately, as I soon found out, small plugs appear to have an inherent flaw; they won’t stay in. There isn’t enough of a difference between the widest point of the plug and the narrow neck to keep the plug inside, and it kept slipping out. That was fine too for my purposes; I was able to fuck with the plug, and that made the vibrations feel far more interesting.
Clean up was easy with some warm water and soap; although since rubber is porous, using this toy vaginally or on a partner is best done only with a condom.
Overall, I enjoyed the Rump Shaker, but I feel that it serves best as a probe or fucking toy for beginners rather than a plug; it just won’t stay in. For anyone who wants a real plug, I would recommend looking for a sex toy|Anal sex toys with a shape more conducive to staying put.
