Prostate Massage Never Felt This Luxurious
For anyone who likes prostate massagers I would recommend this product. It is made from great material and designed well. The presentation box it arrives in just adds to the luxurious feeling of the toy. A great value toy.

-Packaging-
I was really excited when I found out I would be reviewing the “Lux Male Stimulator LX-2” prostate massager from BMS Enterprises. I have recently had some experience with other prostate toys with varying results. When it arrived my first thought was that I was impressed with the packaging straight away. Quite often toys either have plain cardboard boxes or crude pictures/slogans on them.
This was thankfully not the case with the Lux. It arrived in an almost ornamental looking box. It was wrapped in a layer of plastic but also has a sticker/seal on the box to prove it had not been open. The box almost reminded me of a cigar case. It has the word “LUX” on the top as well as a logo. The back has a little information about the product as well as some straightforward bullet points including the fact that it is waterproof, 100% silicone finish as well as soft touch. Once opened the box contains basic leaflet and a bigger instruction manual. The toy is held firmly in place by foam material. All in all I am not used to seeing such a luxuries box accompanying a prostate toy and would generally associate packaging of this quality with the likes of Lelo toys. This box could easily double as long term storage. As for mine, my partner said she wants to use it as a jewellery box.
-User Manual-
All too often with toys there is little or no instruction on how to use things safely or what lubricants to use etc. The manual that accompanies this toy is five pages long (including a one year warranty page). It has detailed information covering various aspects of using the product. It tells you what type of lubricant you should use as well as giving cleaning instructions. It even has a diagram of male anatomy and an explanation on how best to use the toy to stimulate yourself. While some of this information might be redundant to experienced players, it is nice for anyone who might want it. The manual is written in the following languages; English, French, German, Spanish and Russian. It is a nice touch and a great resource for anyone who might want a little bit of information on use/cleaning/lubricant/material/specifications.
-Specifications/Care-
Once out of the packaging the toy has a wonderfully smooth silicone finish. It is matt black in colour and looks really well. It is made from silicone with an abs plastic core to make it firm. The outside is completely coated in silicone without any seams or gaps so all the safety properties of silicone still apply. This means it can be boiled to sterilise, is top rack dishwasher safe, latex and phthalate free. It is also non pours. This is one of the best materials available in terms of safety. For ordinary cleaning you should use wither warm water and soap or specialist toy cleaner. The combination of the two materials works really well as I have tried pure silicone massagers in the past and found that they were just too soft to properly stimulate the prostate. The hardened abs plastic in the core of the toy makes it quite firm but the silicone gives it a nice feel as well as making the toy a lot safer. The toy has a wonderful design. It has a bulbous head which tapers down to a slim neck. The handle has a hollow space for easy grip as well as a small node to stimulate the perineum.
The measurements are as follows.
Total length = 5 ½ inches
Insertable length = 4 ¼ inches
Circumference (widest) = 4 ½ inches
Circumference (slimmest) = 1 ½ inches

Experience
-Use-
As I mentioned above I have used other prostate toys recently with mixed results. The basic flaw with the other toys was that they were too soft or too small. The Lux on the other hand is generous in size without being a monster and the abs plastic core means it is more than firm enough to get the job done. It is a little on the girthy side for anyone with no experience so if you are an absolute beginner you might want to use something smaller at first. It has the natural drag that accompanies many silicone toys so lube is advisable. As this is a silicone product you should use oil or water based lubricants as silicone based lubes can damage the finish.
I found that the curvey design works quite well. The handle has a little hollow so it is easy to grip, even if covered in lube, this is great because sometimes toys can get slippery at the base and become difficult to use effectively. The handle is suitably designed so that you don’t have to worry about losing the toy during use. If you prefer your prostate toys good and solid, like glass or steel, then this might be right up your ally (pun intended). The advantage this has over steel or glass is that it warms to body temperature very quick and holds the heat whereas steel/glass can be a little cold initially. The hard plastic in the core makes the bulbous head solid to the touch while the silicone makes it comfortable and safe to use.
-Summary-
There is nothing negative I can say about the Lux Male Stimulator LX-2. It arrives in a wonderfully present box that makes it feel like a gift to open. It screams luxury and class in every way. The instruction manual is a helpful bit of information for anyone who might be new to higher end toys. The elegant curves of the design, coupled with the excellent material make this toy perfect. The use of plastic in the core really pays off by making it solid while at the same time keeping all the good qualities of silicone. The finish is smooth and soft to the touch and is completely seam free.
I also have to mention that the toy comes with a one year warranty from the manufacturer protecting against any defects or faults. Considering all these positive features the toy carries an incredibly reasonable price tag. If you are at all interested in prostate toys and want to trade up from smaller toys then this is a great buy. It’s a great material, great design, nicely packaged, reasonably priced and comes with a limited one year warranty.

Thank you for the wonderful review. If the widest circumference is 4.5", does that make the diameter approximately 1.5"?
-
Thanks Rossie, Yeah, the diameter at the widest would be around 1.5 inches.
