This is designed as an anal toy, and there aren't really any other applications for it. It is basically only going to work for that as far as I can see. That being said, it is a really great design. It is comfortable to use and to wear for longer periods. It has a curve that will stimulate the prostate if you have one. I can't actually speak to how well that curve works as I am not so lucky.

The Pacifier is made from a smooth silicone. It is on the firmer side, but the thin neck and ring still have a lot of flexibility while the actual bulb is firm. This is a boon and a detriment to the toy because it make insertion a little difficult due to all the flexing, but it makes long term wear very comfortable.

This is completely smooth, so those that don't like texture will be in heaven with this one.

Silicone is odorless and taste free, so this toy didn't stink, and it doesn't retain odors either.

I found this to be pretty uniquely shaped for a plug. It is very round, but it is still tear drop shaped. This makes it really comfortable during insertion because it is a very gradual climb to the widest portion.

The neck is extremely thin at .75" in diameter. This makes it easy to keep it inserted no matter what position you end up in or how long you end up using it. That being said, it doesn't skimp on size for the actual plug portion. At the widest it is 4.75" which makes it pretty filling even for me who is more of an intermediate to advanced user. Sure it could be bigger, but I like this size for longer wear. I did find this a bit short in insertable length with only 2.75" being insertable. I found that it was almost too short for me, but it is still useable.

The best part of the toy is the base. It is a loop of silicone that is thick enough to stand up on its own, but flexible enough to be comfortable when sitting. It is genius!

It doesn't look like anything specifically, so it isn't as obvious as some of my other anal toys.

This toy is really basic, just the silicone plug: no electronic parts, no vibrations. Despite its simplicity, it is still very nice.

This is made from silicone, so it can only be used with water based lubricants because silicone lubes can degrade the material. It can be sterilized by boiling for 3 minutes, wiping with 10% bleach solution and rinsing well, or by putting it on the top rack of your dishwasher. You can also clean it with mild soap or toy cleaner and warm water.

You will want to store it away from other toys because different materials can interact poorly together. The original packaging works fine for storage.
