The next size up in the G-play line, medium isn't the best thing for anal beginners, but intermediate players will love it. It works well for messing around with the g-spot, but like all g-spot toys, it takes a bit of learning the toy find what will work best with you. If you're too impatient to try it on your g-spot, use it on your clit, it's fantastic for that. Want to try sticking it up your butt instead? Go for it!

Like the other members of the G-play series, the G-play medium is made of a soft silky matte silicone. It's of course free of phthalates and all that other icky stuff, and has just the slightest bit of drag to the touch. A little bit of lube will take care of any drag you have. Now while it doesn't really have much of a smell on its own, it does have a tendency to pick up scents from other things like lubes, soaps, and even the butt. If you think your silicone sleeve is getting particularly aromatic, you can wash it really well, and then leave it out to air dry for a few days.

Medium is a nice step up from Small, coming in at 3 1/2" tall with just about 3 of those being insertable. At 3 1/2" around at its widest, the medium isn't a good choice for the first toy to stick in your butt, but will be perfect for those who prefer their vaginal toys on the smaller side.

G-play Medium is shaped very uniquely, with a head that's designed to stimulate either the g-spot or the prostate. Because he's a little bigger than the small version, you've got a pretty decent shot at doing both.

You start out with a wide head that narrows slightly into a gently bulging curve, and then heads down to flat base in a sort of willowy S shape. At the base you have the on/off button for the vibrating portion, as well as the battery compartment. The vibrator also removes from the sleeve very easily, making cleaning a breeze.

This one is still small enough that he'll tuck away just about anywhere, and since the shape is still pretty unique, you only have to worry about people asking what he's supposed to be used for.

The G-play medium is so easy to use. One button on the bottom turns the toy on and off giving you one steady vibration pattern while it's on. The vibrations are focused mainly in the head, but do travel very well through the rest of the toy, even the base. They are of the higher pitched whiney variety, and are pretty loud, but still fairly strong nonetheless. You'll get the dreaded itchy fingers if you hold it for too long though.

Medium works very well anally, vaginally, and clitorally. It's not quite large enough to really get my rocks off vaginally, but the size is perfect for me anally, providing a nice filling feeling without being painful at all. I've also used it clitorally, on my own and during sex. It doesn't provide the kind of vibrations that will get most women off in seconds, but sensitive clits will probably be able to. For me, I had to work for it, and that was nice.

When wearing anally, it stays in comfortably, during sex, and even walking around. The size is just a bit too large for me to wear comfortably for extended periods of time, but for those more experienced with wearing plugs out and about, this one is a good choice for that.

Since the sleeve separates from the vibrator, cleaning is really easy. Mine isn't too hard to get out of the sleeve, but if you're having some difficulties you can peel back the lip of the sleeve and sort of wiggle the vibrator out that way. Once you've removed the sleeve, you can either spray it with a toy cleaner, wash it with soap and water, boil it for 3 minutes, run it through the dishwasher, bleach it, however you want to clean it, you can do it. If you want to share this between partners, I recommend either boiling/bleaching, or using a condom, preferably unlubricated.

Your best bet for lubes is a water based. You could probably get away with an oil based, but water is just so much easier to clean up. No matter what though, you should avoid using a silicone based lube, since that could damage the material, and that would really really suck.

To store, you can either use the box it came in, or even store the whole set in a pouch. It's recommended also that you remove the one AAA battery it runs on between uses.

Mine came in a set with all three sizes, but I hear that individually it comes in a nice cardboard container with a pop top and all sorts of instructions and helpful tips.

If you happen to have both the medium and the large size and prefer the size of the medium, but you just want the extra vibration patterns the large has to offer, fret not! The vibrator inside both the medium and the large are exactly the same size and can be easily interchanged.

I really think the only downside to this toy is that it's not waterproof. Seriously. As a relative anal novice, I find it to be the perfect size for me. It never feels too filling and never feels too small. Your mileage may vary of course.

I do hear that it does stimulate the prostate quite nicely, however my fiance is a bit too chicken to try this one out yet, so I can't speak to that personally.

Either way, either sex, you should definitely invest in this.
