Nice. Very nice.
In all, this was a wonderful toy that I recommend to anyone comfortable with at least a little anal play. If you can get one finger in comfortably, buy this toy and you'll soon have this inside you. If you can do two fingers, you should have this toy already. Highly recommended.

I should preface by saying that this is my first anal toy: until I received this toy, I had only ever used my fingers, and while the size was fine for me, it might not be the best choice as a first toy for others unless they can comfortably get 2 fingers inside themselves (this was the case for me.)
Moving on, this toy is great as a first time toy, at least for me. It is handcrafted 100% silicone, with all the minuscule blemishes to show it wasn't simply poured into a mold by a machine (don't worry, they're cosmetic only, you won't feel them.) It comes in a small ziplock-type bag with a slip of card stock from the manufacturers detailing how to care for the toy and a little bit about the company. Being a silicone toy, this product should NOT be used with silicone lube. I used a bit of water-based lube with it, just to combat the natural stickiness of raw silicone. It also has a small hand-carved "WSR" (for Whipspider Rubberworks)in the top of the base (the part that would be facing your perineum . I only noticed it when I was washing it the 4th time, but others might find it more bothersome. I doubt they will, however, considering I didn't notice it for 3 cleanings, and I am generally pretty sensitive.
The toy seems to be dual-density, with a slightly more rigid core that can be seen from the bottom of the plug as a different colored material. This leaves the bulb itself a little more rigid in the core, but still plenty soft on the outside. The gradual taper of the toy is great for a first timer allowing it to be eased in slowly. I thought the swirled shape would help me ease it in, but it doesn't, at least not for me. That said, it was not large enough for me to need that additional help getting it in, so the shape MIGHT help someone else.

Experience
I have used this toy extensively since I got it (I received it at the same time as the Moonshine, which I will review later.) I have used it both in my own room and went to 2 classes in a row with it in. It is very comfortable to wear, and for me stayed in well. I have no problem slipping it in or out easily, but it still stays inside me without much effort. The shape gets extra points in my book for feeling different than other, more generically shaped plugs when walking with it in.
Follow-up commentary
6 months after original review
Quite a number of months later, I still love this thing. It is showing a little wear and tear from extensive use (and me not knowing how to take proper care of my first toy), but it's all cosmetic. I will be getting a new plug soon that will be more suitable for extended wear, and since my SO has indicated some interest, I think I will be letting her use this one (after proper sterilization of course.)

They do make it in multiple sizes - the Screw Royal is a bigger version of this plug.
-
It's not that much bigger though. I was referring to several sizes up to a nice big one.

Thanks for the great review. Good to know that it stays in for long term use.
