Personally I love this toy. In fact, it is officially my all time favorite, for now. I've never owned a glass toy, or a probe for that matter. I'm fairly new to the whole scene. I think this is a great addition for everyone from beginners to advanced users. It can be used for g-spot and p-spot play, anally, vaginally, temperature play, and so much more. I recommend this to everyone!
The Sapphire Falls is listed as a probe but it is so much more. The slight curve in the design makes it a possibility for g-spot and p-spot play. It can also be used vaginally or if careful, anally. I'd say that this product can be used by just about anyone. Men and women alike will absolutely love this product. Beginners to advanced will love the size, texture, and curve.
Take it easy while thrusting this product because it is a heavy and solid glass and you wouldn't want to injure yourself or leave yourself sore. I personally believe that it feels amazing when going slow to be able to feel every bead. Also, when using this product anally you must be cautious because the last ball in which you hold on to isn't too much larger than those you insert. This could make it a little difficult to be sure to have a tight grasp on it. It is only 1 1/2" in diameter and isn't flared so be sure to have a good tight grasp on it.
This product is made from Pyrex Glass. This is a much heavier glass which makes it a lot more resistant to shattering. Instead of splintering or shattering it will break in larger pieces. Of course, never use a broken toy no matter how little the break may be.
Since this is a glass toy there is no worry about tastes or smells. It's non-porous so cleaning and disinfecting is a breeze. It is phthalates free, hypo-allergenic, and latex free.
In my product I found no imperfections. The glass didn't have any dinks or dimples in it anywhere. Also there were no chipped pieces. This is a very sturdy piece.
The design of this product is extraordinary and fun. It has seven beads, with six that can be inserted. The total length is 6¼" leaving the insert-able length to be 4¾". I must say the length of this product is great for vaginal and anal play. Depending on which way the curve sat I was only able to insert four, sometimes five beads in at a time during anal play. I wouldn't advise using this any more than that. In a sense, I am not quite a beginner but definitely not advanced when it comes to anal play though.
This toy is safe for anal play because of the graduated beads. Due to the last bead being only slightly larger than the others and not being flared, I'd advise only inserting up to the 2nd to the last bead for vaginal use and 3rd to the last bead for anal use. Also be sure to use a lot of caution while using this anally because of the lack of flair in the base.
The top smallest three balls which are almost 1" in diameter are where the curve is. It is only slightly curved so if you have hidden a g-spot or p-spot I wouldn't advise this for that. I luckily have one that's easy to find and jumps right out at you so I had no problem finding it with this probe.
The last ball, which is approximately 1½" across gives some room to grasp on while using this product vaginally or anally but not much. You can insert it all the way vaginally, but definitely be sure to have a good grasp on it while using it anally because you don't want to fully insert this product. The size of the final ball makes it a possibly to fully be inserted (because it's not that much larger than the others).
Finally, because of the way this product is designed, it can be used on either end. Both sides are technically insertable. If you're an advanced user and want to insert the larger end, it is very possible but I would be extremely careful while grasping on the smaller beads and be sure to not insert it too far to lose that grasp.
I think slow to medium thrusting would be best for this. Fast and hard thrusting is risky. Not only because you don't have a whole lot to grasp on to while doing the thrusting but also because of the heaviness of this toy. You make one small slip with the hand and you could hit something wrong way and it would hurt a lot.
The main thing I used this product for was anally while having vaginal sex - Which was AMAZING. He felt the beads and because of the curve it applied pressure to his penis as well. The disadvantage was if it turned the wrong way or hit the wrong things, it did hurt so definitely be careful!
The only negative thing about it would be I wish it had a bit bigger ball to hold on to at the end. Either bigger in size or more flared so there were no worries. I was never able to get close to fully inserting this vaginally. At the most I was able to get four, almost five of the beads inserted anally due to the beads. Anally I was only able to insert four beads at the most.
Pyrex Glass is extremely easy to manage and take care of. There's nothing that's really special about taking care of it. Soap and water, or a sex toy cleaner for cleaning this product. You can use it in the dishwasher or boiled for easy sanitizing and disinfecting.
It comes in a little pouch that is black on the outside and pink satin on the inside. There is material in between the outer and inner pieces so there is extra padding. I think that this would be a good storage pouch but still use care while storing this.
Also since this product is glass it is compatible to use for all lubes. Glass can be used with silicone, oil, and water-based lubricants.
The first time I used this product with my fiance was a learning experience. We used it vaginally at first. The curve hit my easily found g-spot and made me squirm. I consider myself a beginner still when it comes to anal toys. I only had to do a little bit of warm up to insert this product anally. It's not too large but you would have to warm up to it compared to a beginners set of anal beads. We used a small amount of water-based lubricant. Like previously stated, a little went a long way. The glass and smooth texture made the beads easy to insert.
After the three smallest beads, it took a little more warming up for the second size which is only a little larger. I was no where near able to fully insert this. I got to the fifth bead with the sixth really pushing it anally. The slight curve caused an uncomfortable pressure when it was inserted to the sixth bead.
We mainly used this product anally during vaginal sex. With him on top, it liked to slip out so I flipped over and did it from behind. I must say that because of the curve, you have to be be careful while doing this. We did this and the curve was pointed in a weird direction that caused me to feel pain and a lot of uncomfortable pressure. Once you're comfortable and everything feels alright, have at it.
I loved this product for that particular use. We weren't too concerned with it 'inserting too far' because it seemed to stop and around the fifth nearly sixth bead and wouldn't go any further.
All in all, I loved it either way. This was my first experience with a probe and my first experience with glass. I have fallen in love. I was nervous about the lack of vibrations and gadgetry but really its worth it.
