The Boosty by Fun Factory is a butt plug, as the name implies it is made to go up your bum. Butt plugs can serve a variety of different purposes depending on the user's preferences and anyone can use one; male or female. Boosty can be worn as a long term plug; so if you like to wear a plug out in public whether you are on a date or running errands Boosty can give you that nice full feeling, and it has a comfortable flexible base for long term wear. Boosty is a good plug for wearing during masturbation for either males or females. Boosty can also be worn during foreplay or during actual sex. Males can wear Boosty during sex and while receiving oral sex from their partners. Since Boosty is angled the added pleasure and stimulation of Boosty on the P-spot during foreplay and penetrative sex could be very enjoyable for men who like anal play. Boosty is made from a turquoise blue silicone. Rated a perfect 10 on the Eden Fantasys' safety scale, silicone scores big points for being hypo-allergenic, latex free, non-porous, and phthalates free, it also has anti-bacterial properties. While silicone repels dirt and bacterial, the silicone that Boosty is made from is a lint magnet, I find that I have to rinse off any lint or dust collected by the toy's surface before use. The silicone is soft and flexible while a moderate amount of drag to the material, ample amounts of water-based lube will want to be used along with the Boosty. The Boosty was odorless and tasteless as well.

The silicone that the Boosty is made from is fairly smooth, the three bulges that make up the first half of the butt plug are the really the only texture on the toy. There is however a small seam running along the sides of the toy from molding, it is so small that it cannot be felt during use.

Also the brand name Fun Factory is stamped into the silicone on the neck of the toy, it too cannot be easily felt during use but will require a little extra diligence while cleaning.

As with most Fun Factory toys, the Boosty is a very fun and whimsical shaped toy that is not at all phallic shaped and it comes in a bright blue color.

Overall Boosty is 4.25 inches long with an insertable length of 4 inches. The butt plug is angled for P-spot stimulation, females may even get G-spot stimulation from Boosty as the wall between the vaginal and anal canals is thin. There are three bulges on the top of the shaft of Boosty, the first is 3.25 inches in circumference and has a blunt tip. The second and third bulges are 4.25 inches in circumference. Boosty then angles down and tapers into a neck that is 2.5 inches in circumference.

The flared base on the Boosty is 3.25 inches long and 1 inch wide. It tapers towards its tips. The base fits comfortably between the butt cheeks when Boosty is in place. The base of Boosty is also very flexible which adds to its comfort.



The Boosty is not a huge butt plug but it is still a good size for getting a nice full feeling. Those who are new to anal play may find its size too large to use comfortably, therefore with a diameter of 1.5 inches, only users who know that they like toys that big should use Boosty. I find that the size is something that I really have to warm up and work up to when using Boosty.

Boosty has a very blunt head, this can make inserting Boosty a bit difficult, I find that I have to be really warmed up and turned on to be able to even attempt to insert Boosty, that and ample water-based lube. I tend to prefer anal toys with somewhat pointed tapered tips as they are easier to insert. The bulges that Boosty has feel really great on insertion, you get that gentle bulge and popping sensation when inserting and removing. Once Boosty is in an in place it provides an excellent stimulation, I get that really full feeling, and the base makes Boosty really comfortable for wear. Also the Boosty stays in place really well during use, sometimes with anal toys there can be a problem of them slipping out or being pushed out.

Boosty can be worn with its angled head facing forwards or backwards, it all depends on what you prefer. When facing forwards it is possible to get P-spot and even G-spot stimulation from the toy. As the anal cavity naturally curves backwards wearing the Boosty backwards can be comfortable if you plan on having in place for a long time. There was even a forum discussion on which way users preferred to wear their plugs.

As Boosty is made from silicone it is very easy to clean and take care of, it can also be sanitized which is important in an anal toy. You can use warm water and anti-bacterial soap for cleaning Boosty, or if you wanted to make sure Boosty was sanitized you could boil in water or soak in a 10% bleach solution. Because Boosty can be sanitized, it can also be shared between users with proper cleaning. As Boosty is silicone you are going to want to only use water-based lubes when playing with this butt plug. As far as storage I would recommended somewhere that will protect it from lint and dust as it collects both on its surface very efficiently. The box that Boosty comes packaged it makes a great storage option.

The package that Boosty comes in is in no way discreet, it has a picture of the toy, mentions that it is an anal toy and even has a drawing of a butt. But Fun Factory still wraps it up all nice and pretty desipte the lack of discretion. There is an outer sleeve on the package that has the name of the toy and a pictures of some tushes on the front, with Boosty being pictured on the side.

Removing the outer sleeve exposes the inner box in which Boosty is contained. The inner box is a bit more discreet, no pictures of butts or mentions of anal toys on this one. It does have the company name and the saying "your perfect moment" printed on the lid of the box. If you are worried about discretion you could always toss the outer sleeve and just keep the inner box for storage.

Lifting the lid of the box you will find a product manual and a small finger hole on a flap that covers the opening that Boosty is contained in.
