This is a shower enema, plain and simple. There are five parts to this shower enema: a long hose, a tap attachment, two different head attachments, and a black nozzle. You use the tap attachment to connect it to your shower head, and you can use the lever on the tap attachment to control the water pressure and move water from the enema to your normal shower head. I have only used the larger of the two head attachments, which has different holes in a circular pattern around the bottom, while the smaller only has one hole to let the water go through. I find that the larger one gets me cleaner faster.

To use this enema, you connect the hose to the tap attachment and then connect your choice of heads. Turn the water on and insert it, and you're clean! It's no different than using an enema bulb or douche; other than that, the water is constantly streaming out.

It is stainless steel, which means that it's metal, which is normally very cold and good for temperature play. This warms up very fast (no inserting cold metal that's shooting out water into your ass!) and is very good at what it does.

There's really nothing special about the design - it's a shower enema. I think that including two different heads is great because people have a choice of what they can use to clean themselves and how big they want to go. It's very simple and very straightforward, which is great for me. I definitely don't need anything fancy when it comes to cleaning out!

I love how fast I'm able to clean myself out using this. Using an enema bulb would take me around 10 minutes to clean out completely because I have to fill up the bulb, squeeze the water in, release it, and repeat the process. With Mr. Clean, I can clean myself out in around half the time - all I need to do is fill myself up in the shower, release over the toilet, and repeat. No refilling bulbs, trying to maneuver your hands to make sure that all the water in the bulb is released, and dealing with water going back into the bulb.

My only complaints about Mr. Clean are that it doesn't come with an instruction manual, it's kind of hard to figure out what goes where, and it sprays out water where you don't want it to. There are three different points of attachment on the shower tap attachment, and I cannot seem to figure out which connects to what. There are two with the screws showing and one with a ring covering the screws. I have tried to configure it in every way possible, and I can't seem to get it correct without water spraying from the points of attachment. Including an instruction manual with pictures would be a big improvement to this product.

Mr. Clean comes with a bag for storage, so once I'm done using it, I hang it over my shower curtain rod to dry completely and then put it in its bag. If anything gets on it, I make sure that I clean it off with water. You can use whatever lube you'd like since this is stainless steel.
