These beads are easy to use, and since they're made of silicone, are easy to clean. I think that someone new-ish to anal play might like them, mostly because of their size. The texture on the beads turned me off on the first try, so that may be something to consider if you haven't used textured anal toys before. I did like the nice, soft silicone, particularly because they were really comfortable once I'd gotten them all in. I also liked that the ring to pull them out with is small, so one could wear them around for a bit if they felt like it, without anything large to irritate your butt cheeks! I think my overall feeling on these is that I like the material, I could do for more size, and that I personally would rather not have the texture.

They are made of 100% silicone, which is really nice for safety and cleanup. For anal toys, particularly anal beads, since you can't really use a condom on them, I really love silicone because you can boil them. Ya gotta keep your butt toys nice and clean! I will say that, because of the textures (especially the ridged beads), they do get a little dirty, and they maintain a bit of a smell if you don't really scrub that out. What sort of soured my first experience with the Posh beads is the texture. The smaller set has little nubby bumps on the beads, and they were a little too much for me. I felt like they were too small for me, but the bumpy texture was almost irritating. Then I tried the slightly larger set, which were more my size, but I didn't like their ridged texture. I do plan to try them out again, and maybe with more or different lube, just to give the texture thing another chance.

The Posh beads are two sets of anal beads, each having five beads per "string". One is smaller, with beads that are all about the size of a dime, and have a bumpy texture. The other set has slightly larger, nickel-sized beads, and these have a wavy ridge texture. Instead of a string connecting the little balls, the whole toy is one piece of silicone, so they are so much easier to keep clean, and you won't have to worry about it breaking. I think maybe it would have been fun if the beads were graduated in size, instead of only one size for all 5 beads. I don't really think they are anything special to look at, but you can choose from several colors: pink, blue, orange or purple. Looks wise, they are more Sporty than Posh (haha).

These beads are easy to use and fairly easy to clean, and they were pretty fun, but I wasn't super into the textures, as I've said. I know that other folks would enjoy them, and I'd be willing to give these beads another chance myself. I also wish that the larger size was a bit larger than it is, or that the beads sizes varied or were graduated on each set. I do like the stretch and give of the silicone, which made play both more fun and more comfortable.

Silicone is a great substance for any insertable toy. Since it isn't porous, you can boil it or soak in a bleach water solution, and it doesn't have any nasty chemicals to leak into your body. The Posh beads, especially because they are textured, will get a little dirtier during anal play than some toys might, so you want to scrub them well after every use. I noticed that they do want to retain a bit of a smell if you don't clean them super well, but that was nothing a bath in boiling water couldn't cure. With any silicone toy, you won't want to use a silicone-based lube of any kind, but pretty much whatever else should be fine.

I appreciate the minimal packaging with these beads, just a simple box with a picture of the toys and some very simple product information printed on it. I hate to get something that is overly packaged or hard to open.
