This toy is designed to stimulate the prostate, so it is best used by men with an interest in anal play or prostate stimulation. The toy is shaped in such a way, and is rigid enough, that there is no risk of losing it. You insert the tip and can angle the toy it certain ways and turn on the vibrator which vibrates very strongly and in different patterns. The patterns of vibration are everything from a slow, steady pulse, to an increasing pattern of speed and intensity.

The material is somewhat of a hard, but flexible PVC material that is very smooth while the end cap is hard ABS plastic. The toy is designed with a little bit of texture, but it wasn't very noticeable. It does have a bit of an odor, but I doubt many people will be using this toy near their nose, so I don't consider that a negative.

The "P" looks like it is supposed to be a finger. The "P" is designed to do one thing and one thing very well, reach the prostate. To that effect the diameter of the toy is rather small, and it cannot be inserted very far. I would say the toy is somewhat discreet, as some people may not be able to figure out what it is for, but anyone with a knowledge of adult toys could figure it out.

The "P" reaches the prostate and does a good job of sending vibrations directly to the prostate for a good feel. It is pretty quiet. One thing I didn't quite get was the shape of the toy. In order to get the best pressure on the prostate, the toy has to be inserted so that the curve goes around the perineum which puts the "handle" with the controls in front near the scrotum. It is a bit of an awkward design. If the tip of the "finger" were flipped over and the toy could be inserted so that the handle went around and behind the user, it might be easier to use.

The "P" is easy to care for and could be cleaned with antibacterial soap and water. It is best stored in some type of bag, so as to keep the dust off of it. The "P" is compatible with water-based and silicone-based lubes. The "P" is thin enough, that some people may not even have to use lube.

The packaging is a simple, small box with a picture of the "P" on the outside. There were some basic instructions on the box. I guess the box could be used as storage, but I store mine in a bag. I would not recommend using the packaging as a gift box.

The "P" does a very good job of sending powerful vibrations directly onto the prostate. Even those experienced with prostate play should enjoy the strength and variety of this toy.
