This toy is small for discreet play but big enough to give amazing pleasure. Once inserted it rubs along the lower balls and the head rubs along the prostate itself. As you move, whether thrusting or just jacking off the head rubs the prostate and makes you feel more sensitive. After we got it inserted and I started moving it did keep trying to fall out because I'm more of the bigger toy guy, but I loved the feeling so much I kept pushing it back in and trying to hold it in so I could experience it all.
