This toy is meant for prostate stimulation. Even though the package states it’s a novelty that should only be used externally, it must be quite a strong vibrator to stimulate the prostate externally! It’s not. In theory, putting batteries in this toy and pressing the button on the handle should make this toy vibrate; in practice, this only seems to happen about 5% of the time. The day I got it I spent nearly 30 minutes using 4 different pairs of AAA batteries in every configuration possible many times and I was about to give up when it magically started working. The next day (I had not removed the batteries), I went through the same ordeal. I can’t seem to find any reason that it doesn’t work the first several dozen times you put new batteries in it the proper direction (+ down with – facing out, there are no instructions or indication to tell you this). On that magical umpteenth time you replace the batteries, it is a perfectly wonderful toy. It has 5 speeds: soft, medium, hard, hard pulse, and soft medium hard pulse. The size is perfectly suited for beginners; advanced users might find it small. The vibration seems pretty comparable to other vibrators.

The package states "Phthalate and Latex free from body safe A.B.S. satin smooth coating". The toy itself is very rigid and the coating is smooth, but not slick. Being completely rigid, you should be careful with insertion as you could injure yourself if you force the toy into your rectum.

The packaging states that the toy is used for prostate, perineum, and scrotum stimulation; it works for prostate stimulation but the design of the handle makes perineum or scrotum stimulation unlikely as the handle is straight, which denies contact with the perineum, and it's too short to reach the scrotum. That being said, I found the prostate stimulation enough to make this an enjoyable toy. Consequently, I find most toys that offer perineum stimulation with a curved handle to actually touch the perineum quite bothersome.

One thing I found annoying is that if inserted correctly for prostate stimulation (again, no instructions included, but the insertable length that looks like a scorpion tail should be inserted with the curve facing forward towards your belly button), the button is pointed down, which if you are in a reclined position, might depress and change speeds on you. The handle is such a size and shape that you will never need to worry about capturing the toy (losing the entire toy in your rectum).

Again, I take issue with the fact that it seems to chose when it wants to vibrate and when it doesn't. The packaging states it is waterproof, but the seal seems rather flimsy to me and I don’t trust it to be waterproof. It is pretty loud compared to other vibrating toys in my collection, in fact it is the loudest. At its highest setting, it is louder than an iPhone vibrating on a hardwood table. Anyone in the room with you will be able to hear it, but unless your house is dead quite, I don't think anyone in another room would be able to hear it.

When it works, it’s a perfectly functional toy. Holding it in my hand while on, it is easy to tell that there is an even level of vibration throughout the toy. It might not feel like such while in use, but this is going to happen with every vibrator because you have nerve clusters with high sensitivity and areas of low sensitivity in your rectum. The handle is adequately large enough that it is very easy to re-adjust while in use. I found the vibration pretty much on par with every vibrating toy I already have in my collection, no surprises. I like that it has two pulse settings; one that is just the highest setting pulsing and the second is all three strengths pulsing in sequence.

Being A.B.S, this toy is rather straightforward when it comes to care and maintenance. Wash with a toy cleaner or anti-microbial soap between uses, don’t share unless each user uses a fresh condom over the toy. I haven’t tested whether it drains batteries when not in use, but it’s my modus operandi to store battery operated toys without batteries in them.
