To get the most of the Naughty Boy I think you should sit on it. If you're on your back you may not get the full contact to your P-spot that creates the double sensation feeling. Even though this was only my second anal toy, the first being a 3" dildo, it wasn't hard to get in at all so I'd highly recommend this for beginners. Definitely go slow when first getting used to this. Since it's curved you don't want to damage anything by going too fast.

When I laid on my back and tried to use it, it wasn't as great as sitting on it. I found that if you're not sitting on it, it can slip out to the point where it's not hitting your P-spot anymore.
