This toy is designed for prostate stimulation in men and can be used solo or worn during sex play with a partner too. It is inserted anally, and one can use the remote control or integrated buttons to control the wiggling head and vibration motors to simultaneously stimulate the prostate and testicles. It can be inserted and stays put while you masturbate or have intercourse, etc. The head rotates and articulates to massage your prostate inside your anus while vibrations fill you inside and out. Or use the functions individually.

The material is smooth 100% silicone, and is mostly firm to the touch on the insertable part and flexible on the cup that stimulates the balls. It is odor and porous-free. It will best suit non-beginners to anal/prostate play, probably.

The size is similar to many prostate massagers on the market, but with the addition of the ball cup. The size is not too intimidating and is probably best for intermediate users, but can be beginner-friendly, too, as the maximum width tops out around 3/4". I'd say it's travel-friendly, but only for a checked bag. It's not too large but is obviously a sex toy you won't want to explain to a TSA agent.

The toy performs well in its primary functions as a prostate massage/vibrator. Where it may lack is in the design of the ball cup. It's quite small for average to large testicles and will have a hard time staying put there. Might have been better to have a larger cup and/or some sort of ring that could keep it in place around the testes or penis shaft for more vigorous intercourse situations. If you're just lying on your back or doggy style during use, it will be less of an issue.

The moving head is a somewhat unique feature that many will appreciate. It's not the first of its kind, but it is more of a beginner-friendly size than another I have tried that was too girthy.

Of course, rechargeable and waterproof are always welcomed. Added bonus remote control! Great for partner play or just on-the-fly switching of functions for solo time.

Vibrations are adequate and stimulating in all areas with enough variety in stimulation.

The toy can be cleaned with 10% bleach solution, toy cleaner, hot soap and water, or toy cleaner of choice. Dry before storing.

Discreet plain white box. Minimal.

I love the features of the toy, and the power is good enough. The moving head is the best part, but for me, it just didn't fit my anatomy the way I need it. It penetrates too deep past my prostate and does not stay inserted. The taper is too far down the shaft for me and not pronounced enough. It does not fully reach my balls, either. That said, it could be used manually to massage the prostate by myself or a partner, but for me personally is not going to work as intended and expected. YMMV.
