I'm not gonna lie; I was skeptical about this one. It's slimmer than I usually prefer, and I've had toys with ridges before and didn't love them. I bought it because it wasn't very expensive and was on sale at the time. I figured, worst case scenario, I'm out about $20.
I have never been so satisfied with a "what the heck" purchase. I've had it for several months now and have used it quite extensively because it's good enough to keep going back to.
The silicone material is soft and pleasant against your skin, whether you're teasing yourself by running it along your inner thigh or massaging your clit with it. The toy itself is firm but with some give to it as well (so not unyielding like hard plastic or glass.) And when they decided to call it a "G-spot Charm," they could NOT have picked a better name. It hits the spot perfectly.
Personally, I think the width is small enough that I don't usually need lube with it, but I've tried it both ways, and the added slipperiness is always nice. (Water-based only with this silicone toy!)
I've tried this in multiple positions--on my back and on my knees--to see if the different angles made a difference. Both were incredible, but I prefer the stimulation I get from being on my back. Because the entire length of it is ridged, you can insert it as shallow or as deep as you like, and you're still going to get the added stimulation from the ridges.
