The Metal Worx Slim Fave is a double ended dildo that in my opinion should only be used vaginally. I say this because there is not a large enough difference between curves or a flared base for me to be comfortable with inserting anally. Due to the solid and unforgiving material as well as the length, this will not work as an actual double dong. Having two different ends to a dildo is nice, especially when it allows you to try two different textures, but sometimes this can be a fail. While I found one end to work really nice, the other end was flawed, for my use.

My first use of this dildo was using the bulbed unicorn horn like end, which for me was a little disappointing. The texture of it was nice, but due to the weight of the other end I found I had to hold on to the toy at an uncomfortable angle. The second use I started off with the bulbed end and then moved onto the larger end. I feel head over heals in love with this end. The weight, the feel of the material, along with the size was a perfect fit for my vagina. The completely maxed out my vagina and created a lovely full feeling. I also found upon insertion that my vagina liked kegels with this toy.

There has been some question to whether the material is actually stainless steel, so I have checked around to see what I could find. I will note that the Pipe Dream website and the bottom of my case do not claim this is stainless steel, but just polished steel. According to the Pipe Dream website this is a cast in high quality steel that is hand polished, but with a metal finish. There is very little drag with this material, which is due to the finishing. I do not personally have any experience with metals, since this was my first one. But metals are hygienic materials that are non porous, however I do find it shows finger prints easily. I am unsure what the safety rating would be on steel, but I am sure that it would be relatively close to stainless steel. There are some flaws in my metal finish, but they are minimal, so minimal that I was unable to take proper images or get them on my video. My flaws are tiny dinks in the creases, which I have three total. There is one on each side of the head and there is on located on the final bulb in the crease. These do not at all affect the use of my toy and they can not be felt at all. They were only noticeable after very close inspection. Metal is unforgiving, so it can bruise the cervix. Metals are great for temperature play, but the best way to do this is by warm or cold water, which you can add ice to. It can be boiled for sterilization purposes, which should be done if you are sharing. There is never any odor associated with metals.

The Slim Fave has two ends with two different textures. The first end is the penis like end has a penis like head with some hour glass shaped curves, but is completely smooth. The other end is the unicorn horn like end, which is bulbed.

The Slim Fave is really unique in design, as far as I know, I have never see a toy like this one before, which is what had drawn me to it. It totals in at 9.5” long, but has many places were circumference should be taken, which I will go into detail about as I go. The Slim Fave starts off with looking like a circumcised penis with the crease for the head and all, but the edge is at a slant/diagonal. As this slants downward the circumference becomes less at the largest it is 4“in circumference (just over 1“diameter), so what you have to insert first is somewhat flat, but rounded for easier insertion. After you get past the head crease about 2.25” down is the start of an hourglass curve, which goes down to 2.5” circumference. After this hourglass curve is a 2.5” long bulb, which has a 4.5” circumference (just shy of 1.5“diameter). Finally you arrive at the beginning of the bulbed end. It starts off as an hourglass curve, which has a circumference of 2.5” (Just over 0.75“in diameter). This goes up to the first bulb which is the largest bulb on the 3.25” long unicorn like end. There are four total, the largest is 3.75” in circumference (Just shy of 1.5“diameter), the next is 3.5” in circumference (Just over 1“in diameter), the next is 3” in circumference (Just shy of 1“diameter), and the final is 2.75” in circumference (Just over 0.75“in diameter).

The design is really stunning, but it is not discreet, so it should be kept out of sight for those you do not wish to see it. The size would be alright for all levels of users, but the weight might not be the best for a beginner. According to Eden’s product page it weights in at 2lbs, but I do not have a scale to check this out. However it is really heavy. I am going to say that this toy is more for intermediate to advance users. I do not personally think this would make a great first toy.

My first thought was that the bulbed end would be really nice for use and create nice popping, while rubbing the G spot, but unfortunately it did not. I found that I could only insert this end about 3.5”, which will take you to the hourglass curve. Then the rest of the dildo is so heavy that you have to hold this end up at an angle, which causes shoulder cramping. It can also be uncomfortable, since it tends to poke up due to the weight. I think that this end would be best as the warm up to the other end. If the design was better this end would be ideal would anal to me, but there is not a large enough difference in circumference throughout the whole toy for me to be comfortable using it anally.

The opposite end quickly became my favorite. I was presently surprised by the amount of pleasure I got from this end. Upon insertion I found that I was able to insert roughly 5”, which takes you to about the half way point on the large bulb after the first hourglass curve. The size and the weight completely max out my vagina and give an extremely full feeling, which in turn caused my vagina to begin contracting around it. I began to do more contracting by doing kegels and was quickly brought to orgasm, without even moving the dildo with my hands. I was very pleased with the performance of this dildo and I am excited to explore more metal toys. I had a delightful experience with this toy using this end.

The Slim Fave is made of metal, which can be sterilized by boiling for 4-5 minutes. This should be done if you are sharing this toy with others, for your own safety. If you are just wiping it down with bleach and water solution will work or if you have a dish washer this will work as well. You should wash all toys before and after each use.

The Slim Fave comes in a case that is suitable for storage and is small enough to pack away in your suitcase.

Metal is compatible with all lubes, so you can use any kind you wish. I find spit does the trick, but you may prefer lube.

Pipe Dream was considerate enough to give you a lovely case to store your dildo in. The case is made of plastic with some metal boarders around it. It is a lot like the lock box. It is black and has a metal clasp to keep it shut. When you open it up there is padding on the top and padding on the bottom. The bottom padding has cut out placement for the toy to fit in securely. This storage box is really nice addition to this purchase. It is semi-discreet, since there is the Metal Worx symbol on the top and some information on the bottom. From a distance no one would know what is inside, but if they picked it up and read the bottom, they surely would know.
