The Rocks Off Bad Boy is a toy that I loved at first blush, but grew to dislike very quickly because of it's inherent design quirk - one that stuck out in my memory more than the good vibrations it delivered. So great was my annoyance, that I had all but consigned the toy to the role of 'dust collector'. That is - until I whipped it out, intent on writing a bad review, and fell in love again.

Pros
* Firm pressure * Pinpoint vibration * Removable bullet * Worked for this P-spot newbie
Cons
* Toy's shape prevents its intended use * No variation in vibrations
The Bad Boy is a toy that is built and intended for simultaneous prostate and perineal stimulation. The two bulges along the length of the toy are intended to provide a 'fuller' sensation than the toy's slimmer cousin, the Rude Boy; and the lower bulge seems intended to help hold the toy in place, much like a butt plug would. In theory, this would press the raised nubs on the lower portion of the toy against the user's perineum, massaging it at the same time as the P-spot. Sadly, the shape of the 'shaft' and its bulges prevent it from being inserted fully without the toy painfully jabbing the anterior of the rectum. However, if the user is not intent on completely inserting the toy and instead uses its lower portion as a handle with which to guide the point, it works as a great exploratory P-spot vibe.
The vibrations from the toy come from its Size-N battery-powered bullet vibe. Since the bullet is removable, it can be used for a host of different things from clitoral stimulation to entertaining your cat by turning the vibe on and letting it go skittering across the floor. The Bad Boy can be used by oneself or with a partner, and it could potentially be used for G-spot play. Since it's shape is so unusual, it also has the potential for being travel friendly, as most people may not know what it is at first blush.
The Bad Boy is made of odorless silicone with a surface texture that is slightly rough and has somewhat of a matte finish to it. I didn't know how much I would like this at first, but I found that the slight roughness of texture made it hold water-based gel lube very well with no spills, unlike silicone toys with a smoother texture. The texture felt pleasant enough for rocking and grinding, but it would probably be torturous for thrusting if you could even do that safely given the toy's shape. The Bad Boy is also unflinchingly firm, meaning it will hold its shape during normal use and provide all the pressure you could want and then some! There is also a light seam down two sides of the toy that can be felt with a finger, but I was unable to feel them internally.
As stated earlier, the shape of the Bad Boy gives the impression that it is meant to be sat on with the tip inserted and the bumpy part of the toy pressed against the perineum. The "shaft" of the toy is so sharply curved, though, that attempting to insert it all the way caused me considerable discomfort. I was finally able to get it in almost all the way, but since the lower bulge is only slightly tapered, I was unable to hold the toy inside of me like a normal butt plug. Instead, I partially sat up on it upon my bed, steadying myself with my hands on the mattress behind me. With the bullet vibe turned on, this felt alright, but I could not position the toy against my P-spot. Perhaps there is someone out there whose anatomy would be a perfect fit for this toy, but it's not me.
The bulges on the Bad Boy do provide some sensual variance in the width and shape of the toy, however, and the roundness of the tip feels wonderful when it can be successfully aimed at the prostate.
Even though the thought of trying to fully insert the Bad Boy might make one clench with apprehension, it's still a solid P-spot vibe that can and has delivered back-arching orgasms for me on more than one occasion.
If I don't try to insert the toy all the way and instead try to hold on to the nubby portion intended for the perineum, I can deliver pinpoint pressure and stimulation to my prostate. With the vibe engaged, the toy in my left hand, and my pumping with my right, I can usually rock and squirm myself to bliss in a matter of moments!
With the modified way that I use it, however, by the time I'm seeing fireworks, my fingers and the base of the toy are so slick with lube that it took me a few tries (and a wearisome amount of post-orgasm strength) to turn off the bullet vibe by its rounded button. This is when I wish I could comfortably hold the toy fully inside of me for hands-free orgasms, but alas.
Fortunately, the steady vibration delivered by to RO-80MM bullet is felt more through the toy itself than through the hand I used to control it. I do wish that the vibe had more variance in its strength or at least a few basic patterns to cycle through, though. Such would probably feel amazing when combined with constant pressure against the P-spot.
Aside from the bullet, the Bad Boy is made of 100% medical grade silicone and therefore easy to care for and maintain. I normally use a mild antibacterial soap and warm water after play sessions, and the toy has not retained any off-putting odors. It can also be sterilized with a 10% bleach solution or a quick boil in a pot of water (minus the vibe, of course). I also usually give the toy a quick rinse with hot water before play to make sure it hasn't picked up any errant hairs or dust.
The Bad Boy was part of my first EF order, and it was my first ever prostate toy. I had read article after article on P-spot play and weighed the pros and cons of the different types of toys that were available. I was initially leaning towards one of the Aneros toys after reading a range of reviews, but I was drawn to the dual-stimulation possibilities and vibration capabilities of Rocks Off's line of toys. So I've owned the Bad Boy for a couple of years, but I've only used it a handful of times - the last of which (before this review) was well over six months ago. I remembered it being a decent vibe, but what I remembered more was how much it hurt trying to insert it all the way. The dual-stimulation I had so hyped up in my mind quickly faded away in a cloud of disappointment and muttering under my breath about toys being built for alien anatomies.
Fast forward to about a week ago when I decided it was finally time to vent my rage at the Bad Boy's perceived shortcomings. I had intended to write a critically negative review of the toy, but I knew I had to give it one more chance in order to answer some specific questions about it. I'm thankful I did so, and I'm even more thankful that the oddly-sized battery in the bullet was still alive and kicking, because I was impressed by the rockin' good time I had with the Bad Boy despite my long-held annoyance with its unique-yet-agonizing shape design.
Follow-up commentaryI've started to like it more7 months after original review
While my Bad boy has never seen much play time, and it has seen even less as my toy collection continues to grow. However, even if it's not the star of my collection, I always find myself reaching for it when I want something that provides solid, direct, controllable p-spot stimulation.

I'm glad you were inspired to put this to the test again! It's been a pleasure mentoring you on this review---your good humor really shows through, and hopefully everyone else will know how to use this the awesome way instead of the OMFG-RAGE way

^_^ Nice review.

I love how much you put into this review. You did an amazing job and I see why Antipova is proud of you! I think you're doing great in the mentor program. Thanks for letting us know you can't insert it fully. I would be the first one to try.

What a relationship, love then hate then love. Maybe you learned how to better please yourself with this kind of toy in the interim. Maybe it isn't a toy for beginners because the tendency would be to put it all the way in right away instead of taking it slow and seeing where the most pleasure might come from. Great review.

This line of g & p-spot toys seems to give a lot of people trouble at first. Thanks for sharing your experience!
