The Unisex douche/enema is a complete 5 piece set that includes the bag, tube with tap, suction cup(for mounting on shower wall for a place to hook the bag onto), vaginal attachment, and anal attachment. This set is made by Pipedream.

This kit can be used both by a female or male and can be used anally or vaginally. With the small size of the attachments, this douche/enema could be used by beginners to the most seasoned advanced users. This should not be used during sex because when using anally, it has a tendency to leak a little and a woman just shouldn't have that coming near her vagina. It can cause a wide range of problems if that was to happen. It's more suited for solo use: for those looking to clean themselves before anal play, people who are lactose intolerant, have issues with constipation, or just the person looking to have the colon or vagina clean. It's super travel friendly. There shouldn't be any problems with packaging this back up. I guess that it could be used for foreplay, but me, I just couldn't find me cleaning my ass out sexy. Some people might but just not me and my husband, since we are super new to anal products.

Bag- The material used for the bag is plastic. It appears to be the same grade used to make blow up swimming pools and such. It is non-porous and smells like pure rubber/plastic. It doesn't matter how many times you wash this; that smell with never go away.

Tube- The material used for the tube, inlet, and tape are plastic. It reminds me of the hospital,so if you have a fear of hospitals and having them put stuff like this into you, stay away from this product.

Vaginal attachment/anal attachment-The material used for the vaginal/anal piece is plastic. It's smooth, hard and smells like a swimming pool also.

You can use water and silicone based lubricants in conjunction with this douche/enema set without destroying the material.

This kit worked like a dream. It's really simple to use. The down-side is that the suction cup isn't so great; it cannot hold the bag when it's fully filled. With the anal attachment, apply a little lube and you are ready to go. You do not need to reapply unless you feel any discomfort. The vaginal attachment worked perfectly for me with no problems. The overall appearance of this kit is realistic. It is what it is, no doubting that, but it is small enough that traveling with it is easy. The size makes this a plus for anyone to use.

This product is simple and very easy to use if you can get the suction cup to work. During my fist use of this product, I was terrified. I got into the shower, filled the bag up, put it on the suction cup hook and the damn bag fell. I cleaned the back of the suction cup, reapplied to shower wall and it fell again. I filled the bag halfway up, cleaned the suction cup with rubbing alcohol and reapplied again. This time it worked, though the whole time the bag was failing to hold. I had the shower on and I was getting super cold having to get out and back in. Next, I applied my lube to the tip of the anal attachment and to my self. When I inserted the tip, it went in real easy; the tricky part when doing this by yourself is the tap. Turning it on and off is a pain. If you don't loosen it up before use, it's hard to turn. After finally getting the tap to turn to the on position, I stood there with my foot half way up my shower wall for about 10 minutes (having to refill the bag up too). When the water hit me, my stomach hurt to high hell and I could hardly get of the shower fast enough. I repeated this whole process about 5 to 6 times to make sure I was super clean for that night. My husband got him some ass for the first time. He loved it and did not smell; there were no problems.

Cleaning instructions can be found on the back of the box, they state: '"After every use, be sure to clean ALL FIVE PIECES thoroughly with warm soapy water, flushing the fill tube repeatedly."

When I finish using this set, I separate the pieces, take them all apart and soak them in semi-hot water. Then I use antibacterial soap or some soap with tea tree oil in it, rinse them off and place on a clean washcloth upside down so they drain and dry correctly. With the tube, I stretch it out during washing and drying, then take some q-tips and get into the hard to reach spots with some isopropyl alcohol. I store the tube inside the bag, which is mounted on my shower wall. It's a good thing I have two bathrooms; I wouldn't want a lot of people having to see that. I keep the attachments in a Ziploc baggy. You can use water and silicone based lubricants in conjunction with this douche/enema set with out destroying the material.

This product came in a very informative box, more that the most I get. On the front side and right side ,it states everything inside the box. The back tells what every part does, directions for use, cleaning instructions, and a warning.

Directions stated on packing:

"Step 1.The method for using the douche must be followed with care. Hang the bag at a height that is comfortable for you to reach, but high enough for all the fluid to flow freely down the tube.
Step 2. Screw the tube into the bottom of the bag.
Step 3. Check tube to make sure the tap is in the OFF position
Step 4. Screw on either the vaginal or anal attachment.
Step 5. To adjust the flow of liquid, adjust the tap."
