This toy is meant for anal insertion. It has a cute little heart shaped hand hold where two fingers fit perfectly to pull out the beads It seems to be flared out enough not to end up lost inside of you, but it isn't as stiff as it could be, so the shape of it is flimsy enough that it COULD potentially be pushed in if you're not careful.

These beads are made of TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer), which is a very strong, flexible material. The toy is flexible, but firm. It is smooth, but has a fairly strong plastic odor, which will hopefully fade with time.

The design is very nice. It's an attractive little toy, fits comfortably with little warm-up, and is well made. I like the cute little heart-shaped handle, although I don't really understand the name of the toy... (Heart Nuts? What the heck?) I also wish that it came in a variety of colors! I'm not really a fan of pink.

What you can't see from the product image that's provided here is that the beads vary in size. They start off at about 7/8" and increase steadily to 1 1/4". The little beads are in six groups of two, each one increasing slightly in size as you approach the heart-shaped end. The nicest thing about these beads is that they aren't really beads. They aren't strung on an actual strand, so they're stationary, which gives you more control! One thing I'm not certain of at this point is the length. They're pretty darn long at 11"! I'm going to have to try them a few more times and get back to you on that... I'm prefer girth to length myself.

They feel nice, are very smooth, and easy to insert with a bit of lube. The length made me a little uncomfortable, but I think it was more of a mental aspect than a physical one. Thus far, the beads have proved fairly comfortable to wear for extended periods.

TPE is less porous than cyberskin, but more porous than silicone, which means that it can't be fully and completely disinfected. It cannot be cleaned by boiling, but can be washed simply with soap and water. Thus, this toy should be used exclusively for one person and for one purpose only, unless you're willing to cover it with a condom. Use silicone or water-based lubricant.
