For First Anal Experience, This Made It More Comfortable
It is great for a first time anal, but after you get use to it you may want to try another.

Pros
Makes it so much easier for a beginner.
Cons
After stretching it may not stay where intended.
Ok, as an effort to "spice up" my husband and I's sex life after ten years of marriage we decided to start getting into the whole toy thing. We decided we would try a butt plug. Since I have no previous experience with a plug, we got the slim one for my first time. I was worried about insertion, and whether the pleasure would be worth it.
We chose a jelly one and I was praying it didn't hurt on insertion. (I heard anal first time hurts.) We used a water base lube to make insertion easier, which it did. The jelly material made it so it wasn't so abrasive while inserting. As long as you insert it gently the first time for stretching it doesn't hurt at all. Honestly with the small tip made it easy to slide right in. For the first time you have to try to relax, because if you do not it will make it harder to insert. The jelly makes it much more comfortable with insertion by bending and the smooth surface with lube applied makes it all the easier. I think the anticipation of it all is more over the top then when it really happens, especially if you have never done this before.
The only point I have a problem with now is after so much use, my husband does have to hold it in sometimes cause it doesn't want to stay put. It was not as bad as I assumed, and you can get pleasure from it. I assume a plug with a vibrator will be more pleasurable but I will have to find out. We don't use it on a regular basis and I wouldn't be against trying another kind. Since this one is just jelly and nothing else it makes it easier to use and clean. No worrying about getting batteries wet, or worrying about messing anything up. Remember to always wash it well after each use though. We use an antibacterial soap. Be careful of some soaps though, since they seem to dull the material some.

Great job on your first review!

Are you sure you are reviewing the right product? The Slim by Tantus is NOT jelly, it is pure silicone. Jelly is stretchy and flexible where most silicone is not. Silicone can also be sterilized, making it safer for anal plat, where jelly cannot be sterilized.
