The first thing you'll notice is the smell. It's just as most rubber products; not a bad smell, but definitely noticeable. This went away after about a month of use and washing.

Also interesting is the structure of it. There's a very soft, almost jelly-like inner core surrounded by about a 1/4" malleable slick skin. There's space between the two, allowing the skin to move around to alter its shape somewhat. Between the soft core and the skin, it changes shape quite well, allowing it to be inserted much easier than other toys of its size.

The skin also allows it to be cleaned very easily. It is still a porous material, so a condom is recommended for sharing, but it's one of the easiest of my toys to clean. Of course, oil-based lubricants are not compatible with this toy.

As for the actual feel of it, it's interesting, to say the least. The gradual slope and skin make it, as mentioned before, much easier to insert. Even if you aren't ready to take it all, which is understandable, you'll likely find you can easily insert it to different lengths to work your way up. By far the most difficult aspect is making it over the last bit. The jelly seems to slope out farther, and then slopes in quite drastically down to the relatively narrow neck. This results in a VERY intense experience when you first insert it fully.

Once it's in, it proved to me to be very stimulating for some period of time. For that reason, it's great to wear during sex or masturbation. After a while, though, it ceases to be stimulating, and, after a longer amount of time, seems to become quite uncomfortable, even if re-lubricated. I should also note that the steep slope and large size is great for retaining enemas; unless you're quite stretched, it makes expelling nearly impossible.
