Perfect for beginners, this toy is great for those new to anal play. It's very easy to use for solo use, and also fun with a partner as well! Hold them in yourself comfortably for long periods of time, or push them in and out in quick thrusts for some very good feelings. This was my first swing with anal beads, and I was able to get the last, biggest bead in with little effort.
