Douche - The Name Says It All
If you're looking for a quick and easy anal douche for anal sex preparation, you may want to buy something else. However, if you can overlook some of the problems inherent in this kit, and you want a larger capacity enema experience, this kit may be what you are looking for.

Pros
Easy to set up, gravity-driven, large capacity.
Cons
It leaks water due to its leaky valve.
The Unisex Douche/Anal Kit by Pipedream is exactly that - a douche that has both an attachment for vaginal use and one for anal use. It's fairly inexpensive, however due to the cheap quality of the materials it is made of, I think it is somewhat overpriced. I was shopping for an enema-capable product and would have preferred the Colt Anal Douche but it was unavailable at the time.
The product comes in a cardboard box with all the elements inside sealed in plastic bags. The material is all plastic and is phthalate and latex free. The attachments and the water valve are solid white plastic, the tube is clear plastic, and the open-ended bag is blue, light-weight plastic. The odor and quality of the bag reminded me of an inflatable swimming pool raft. All of the elements are detachable from one another, except the valve at the end of the tube.
Lacking a vagina, I only used the anal attachment. The attachment itself is a couple inches long, insertable length, and it's made of hard plastic, slightly rounded at the tip. If you do not use enough lube, and if you don't have good aim, you might feel some discomfort upon insertion.
After using this kit for the first time, I discovered a major flaw - it leaks. The valve at the end of the tube is a simple twist knob that controls the flow of water. While in its off position, I added water to the bag without any problems. However, once I turned the valve to start the flow of water through the attachment, the valve began to drip water. It continued to drip a little bit even after I turned the valve off.
Another problem is that the suction cup used to hang the bag doesn't always stick. You have to make sure that cup is suctioned securely, or the weight of a full bag may cause it to fall. You may prefer to hang the bag on something else.
There are two things that I did like about this kit. First, its water capacity. The bag is able to hold up to two liters, which is a little more than two quarts. That's a lot of liquid and probably too much for some. I only used about a quart, which is more than what you get from store-bought enemas. Second, because it's gravity-driven, this enema/douche is capable of free flow, no need to squeeze. I also liked the fact that clean-up was easy. I just rinsed all parts of the kit in hot, soapy water and then let air dry.

Experience
Because of the reviews already posted, I knew this kit had the propensity to leak so I used it in the bathtub. The suction cup did not want to stick to the tiled walls, so I had to hang the bag on a rack that was hanging from the shower head. The four-foot tube was more than long enough. I poured about a quart of filtered water (mixed with a small amount of sea salt and baking soda) into the bag and positioned myself on my knees, face down. I slowly and gently inserted the nozzle and turned on the valve. It only took a couple of minutes to finish. Aside from the leaking, it did the job I wanted it to do.
Follow-up commentary
3 months after original review
I still have and still use the Unisex douche as an enema, although not too often. It is a little messy due to water leakage and it takes a while to dry all the parts. I appreciated very much the advice in the comment sections from P'Gell - it did help concerning the nozzle edge. It's an OK product if this is the type of device you are looking for.
