Been using this about once a week for a few months now, and it hasn't shown any signs of wear or failure. It's a durable product made for a good amount of usage, and for that price it's hard to find one better. I like that it's black, and doesn't stand out in the cupboard, as aesthetics are somewhat important to me.

That said, this is more for the front side than the backside, as the tips are too shallow, and there is no good water-flow. I have tried all 3 attachments, and it just wont clean deep enough for the long evening. The cover over the section where the top an bottom is actually a good touch. However, getting the parts attached can be difficult and lead to spillage, which no one wants.

I like how the attachment makes the liquid shoots out the side of the tip instead of just straight in so it hits the intestinal walls better, but the design limits you to an inconsistent non-centric circular pattern of spray. Therefore you need to use it 3 or 4 times to really get everything thoroughly clean. Other than that this is the first object with ridges like that that I have used and I found it quite pleasant.

I am quite a fan of the shower douche. Of which, will typically be a kit that will allow you to connect it to your existing shower. Some can be permanently attached, others can be attached Ad Hoc (when you need it).

The good thing about these sorts of Douches, is that you get a consistent flow rate, there’s no possibility for what I call ‘suck back’. Some portable products try, but don't do it. They don't work. Stick with what works best for you before you upgrade.
