The best way to use this toy is for anal for a guy. The vibrations were alright but definitely could be better. There are other ways to use it, like for a female. The Dr.Joel Kaplan prostate massager could be used as a g-spot massager too. I think the best situation to use this toy is during a BJ. My man loves the prostate massager and his "stuff" massaged.

It is very anal compatible without being too uncomfortable.

The Dr.Joel Kaplan prostate massager is a great design I think. I do think though that it should be a little thicker. But I guess it could be a beginner’s toy. How this toy is supposed to work is by inserting the toy with the head of the prostate massager pointing up. All I have to say is I think it’s very easy to clean. I bought a velvet sleeve to store it in and for easy access. I have tried jelly lube with the Dr.Joel Kaplan prostate massager and I tried water-based lube with this toy and it still works. Plastic is a good durable choice for this toy I think.

The package was easy to open. I don’t think that it could be used as a gift box or storage box just because I don’t think that the plastic is good for storage.

As a personal experience when massaging my man’s prostate I always find that when I pull the toy out its always facing down. So I don’t think that he gets the full effect of the toy.
